AMAZING! If you are looking for a dentist office. Look no further. The entire staff makes you feel like you have been a life long patient. After having a crown and post break, they took care of it faster than I expected. Everything is explained while they are working, patient care and comfort seem to be their #1 priority. After losing the dentist that I have seen for years I finally found one I can trust and would recommend to anybody. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. WOW I don't post reviews but this place has definitely earned my trust and business.

Dr. Elbe and Lisa were great. I had an emergency situation and Valley Smiles was able to get me in same day for an appointment. The service was really considerate and gentle. They were able to accommodate me and repaired a crown for me. I just moved to the area so didn’t have established care yet but they were able to get me in right away and treated me very well. I’m actually looking forward to going back!

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Elbe and Lisa The appointment was quick but thorough, and they made sure to address all my concerns. What stood out to me the most was how kind and non-judgmental they were. From the moment I walked in they made me feel at ease. They were friendly and caring and made sure I was comfortable at every step. I never felt rushed, and they listened carefully to everything I mentioned. The front desk guy (I am so sorry I forgot your name!!) was super nice, making the entire experience much more relaxing. Im grateful to have found a dentist who understands and addresses their patients needs with compassion. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a professional, understanding, and efficient dentist.

The place for your dentistry needs! I am new to Phoenix area and had tried a spot before Valley Smiles, but Valley Smiles blew me away. Professional, detail oriented, and punctual. Bri, the hygienist, was fantastic and answered every question I had. 5/5 from start to finish, highly recommend!

This was my first visit here. I had a filling come out and when I called for an appointment, they were able to get me in the next morning. They also offered to have me come in that evening if I started to feel any pain. Love that they are open until 7pm some nights. Dr. Lawrence was great. I’ve spent an unreasonable amount of time in a dentist chair years ago, mostly a terrible experience. I can tell that Dr. Lawrence really cares about his work. It was just a simple filling today but he took his time and made sure it was right. He made sure it was set well so my teeth were still able to touch and chew. Also, it was the least painful Novacaine injection ever. And when I left the office, my whole mouth wasn’t completely numb, just that one spot in my cheek where he did the filling. They have excellent payment plans and an awesome in-house plan for regular cleanings, etc that I immediately gave to my roommates that don’t have the luxury of dental insurance. Staff was awesome, Lisa, Enrique, the assistant in training were all just great. I’m glad I was able to land a great dentist on my first try after moving to Phoenix recently
