From the initial call about being seen due to feeling ill- all staff took great care of me. They got me in on the same day! My insurance recently ended, and I tried avoiding coming in because of that. However, provider Remington Stickney had an amazing team. They were all very professional, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure I was going to get better despite financial concern. Blessing in disguise!

I have been here twice so far for 2 extractions. I recently visited and the procedure was done by Dr. Han (i hope this is the correct spelling). This was by far the best and quickest experience I have ever had dealing with dental work. The assistant was very friendly and Dr. Han was absolutely incredible. He laid out the procedure for me completely so I knew exactly what he would be doing and the possible complications he could run into. The extraction took about 3 minutes from start to finish with absolutely no pain or discomfort. I was very impressed with his work and openness about what he would be doing. I am definitely going here again if I ever need dental work. If you can, ask for Dr. Han, he is very professional. Overall excellent experience.

I came to a dentist here for mouth pain. She is the only dentist that ever told me that I had bone loss and severe gum disease. I needed dentures. She explained everything and reviewed the X-ray with me. It was a tough road but she pulled me through. I owe her my health.

I have been going here for my whole life. I started bring my son here the past few years. This last visit they wanted to charge $320 for a pediatric dental check up(National average is$60-$150)! Wow! What happened to the community heath center I once relied on. After coming here for 30 years I am never coming here again! Sad!

Absolutely awful. Can't get an appointment to save your life. Everytime, "Call Monday at 7am" and for 3 months that is what I did while then proceeding to be on hold for 40min, taking time off work and life, etc. just to find out yet again I can't see anyone, and I am calling at 7:00:01, that is how dialed I had it. Now I am having difficulty sleeping because my cavities are so bad. I will give them credit in that they are persistently awful though, much the same way that I persistently keep calling them. Moving on now.

Was a bit disappointed with the conflicting information I received. During a phone call I was told that any individual with income under $12,140 would be covered 100%. I was advised to have my employer write out an estimated income for 2019 and that based on what my income was they would cover a sliding scale percentage. Once I had this done I could go and talk with someone to get a better idea of what to expect I would need to pay for my dental visit. When I went to talk to them in person they said that this information was inaccurate and they only cover up to 50% if you have ACCCHS Medicaid. They did not know why I would have been told anything other than that. After seeing all of the other poor reviews about this location I decided that it would be best for me to consider other options rather than going ahead with this location. If I am going to have work done on my teeth I want to trust the facility which I am going to. To be told incorrect information is quite frustrating. I decided it is a better option for me to go ahead and get a plan with United Health Care and then I can select which dental facility I go to and find one with clearer information on prices and more positive reviews. Right now United Health Care is able to offer me very similar prices as El Rio, if not cheaper. I am expecting I will have better service than I would if I went through with going to El Rio.
