I was a patient 13 years ago , I was 42.
He removed my front 2 teeth because I had receding gum line and bone lose, told me I should remove them from Smoking and I believed him.
When removing he had a hard time removing them and was not numb enough, so he walked away for 5 minutes! I was, and still am traumatized from this!
He gave me a Bridge and there was no warning that I would have 4 root canals done after this procedure!
Now 13 years later my Bridge fell out! Using another Dentist to get alot done, told me my bone is great and I don't need a bone graph to get about 13, 000 dollars worth of Implants now! I cant afford that so just a partial denture is all I can afford now!
I really am upset at this person for pulling my 2 front teeth for no reason at all..
Get a second opinion please!
I have bone that is great now, but can't afford another Bridge or implants at all.
WARNING YOU NOW..

Dr Ngo is one of a kind! This review is from my husband and I. No judgement on every patient’s different needs and in my case difficulties with being a baby when having to get anything numb but truly painless for everything! Great availability to accommodate every schedule and emergency care. We appreciate you and the entire office staff that is so friendly and welcoming! We’ve been patients for many many years and that is rare and is an example of why this office should be your next dental appointment location!! Thanks for taking care of us!!

This is an awesome no nonsense dentist. Best dentist we've been to in 60 years. Was able to get an appointment in 24 hours. And the price was the most affordable dentist visit we've ever been to. Will highly recommend it to anyone that cares to listen .

I love this place! Extremely friendly staff and always make my family and I feel at home! I would recommend Omega to anyone who wants a warm welcoming doctor and staff. I went through some hard times and they were nothing but helpful and worked with me to still get the much needed work done. Thank you Omega Dental for everything you folks do! I’ve been happy the last ten years and plan to be coming for many, many decades to come!

I just moved to Goodyear. Didn't know any good dentists around. Last month my neighbor told me about Omega Dental. Whom she's been with for more than 10years. My husband & I came last wk. We are very impressed with the staffs and the Dentist. We are very happy. I believe they are in the same location for 13 years. Same Dentist & staffs. Wow ! that's what we like. We'll stay for sure.

I've been going to Omega Dental since I was in Jr high. My parents took me here. Now I graduated from college, got a job. I am still going here for my dental work. I trust them. My parents are still coming here regularly for their teeth cleaning. Definitely one of the best dental offices in Goodyear.

Dr. Ngo is the absolute BEST @ what he does! I would highly recommend him to anyone in the west valley that's in need of dental work...you can get x-rays & routine cleanings just about anywhere; but if you're gonna need more comprehensive work done you should go here, you won't feel a thing!?

I did think this was a great place until Raymond, that works under Dr. Raymond Ngo, violated patient confidentiality agreements, not with just myself, but also with my parents.
Not only did he violate this agreement, he did it via text, to both my mom and MYSELF, therefore, giving us proof, when I launch my complaint tomorrow with The American Dental Association, The BBC and my lawyer.
It is now October 2018. My fillings are cracked and falling apart, I have an infection because of his work and I have to completely get my teeth redone as well as see a Specialist for infection in teeth and face. I hate this place!!!!!
