This dentist office is absolutely amazing with my two young children. Shannon is especially caring during their exams; she’s incredibly patient and kind when working with littles.
Both my kids really look forward to the dentist, and it’s because of the care they receive with Dr. White at Rockside Dental!

This office is always so clean and the staff is so friendly. I had a great experience with my dental hygienist, Kylie. She and Dr. White were awesome and answered any questions I had. 10/10 recommend this place for all your dental needs. Very excited that they are expanding to include pediatric dentistry so my entire family can be patients with them.

Today was my first patient visit and cleaning. As a fellow medical professional - they were incredible. All of the staff were friendly, punctual, and professional. All staff members were friendly and educated me each step of the way without being prompted. I am excited that I found them. I highly recommend the hygienist, Polly!

I had an emergency situation where my wife who has severe dementia fell and hit her face on the patio. She lost teeth & had loose teeth and Rockside Dental said to bring her in now. They were extremely helpful, accommodating, considerate of her medical condition and stabilized her situation. I can not say how grateful I am for them and the kind people who work there. Outstanding job!!!!!

I fired this DDS.
Was so disappointed with not only Dr. Jackson and his bedside manner, but the whole experience. The front desk staff had no idea what they were doing. Dr. Jackson was so arrogant. Treated me like I was stupid. After I had my teeth pulled and still healing. I found that I had a small bone chip, working it's way out. It was very uncomfortable. I went into the office and asked Dr. Jackson to please remove it. He took one short, and I mean Short, look in my mouth and said " I don't see anything but an open wound". Then proceed to walk out. I went home and ended up pulling it out myself. All this took place in February. My next appointment was in August. I was apprehensive about going, but I thought I would give it one more chance. They had come highly recommend. I got through the appointment and headed to the front desk to check out, and was told I had a $2,000 bill from February. I asked why they had not sent me a bill. And the answer I got at first was " Well, we knew that I would be back". Then I asked again, "Why had I not been sent a bill? Because I would have paid it". The next answer I received was, "That our billing department was a little behind". 6 months?
So with that. I do not recommend that you waste your time and money going to " Rockslide DDS"

Dr. Jackson was so good and explained everything to me. Elsa clean my teeth and she was amazing as well also the staff there was so quick and efficient. I highly recommend them.
