My kids have been loyal patients of every kid's Dentist for the past 5 years. Unfortunately over the years they have seriously diminished in patient health, patient services, and courtesy. My son has 3 cavities in which I can't seem to get these people to fill. One of those cavities he's had for almost 3 years. The other two have been since last February. Every time I make a 6 months appointment 6 months in advance, something always happens in which they push my sons out 3-4 more months. My son's dentist said that they would fill the cavities in August at his 6 months check up. Of course they called a couple days before their appointment and said that the doctor would not be available until further notice and that they're booking as far out as October. My son's both just went to their appointment finally yesterday. When I made the appointment for October I made it very clear that they had to fit in my son's cavities as they were going to do in August. When we got to the appointment the pregnant woman (Mercedes) behind the desk was extremely rude with a severe attitude. Her mother should have really considered naming her something else, this woman was anything but classy. It seemed like a whole different office staff and I did not recognize any of them. The rude lady aka Mercedes, said that she was the one who made the appointment with me in August and that it was only for cleaning. I told her that the August appointment was for a cleaning and fillings of 3 teeth for my one son. She refused to admit her error and allow my son's teeth to be treated as promised in February. I will not go to these people again and the only reason I stuck around for as long as I did is because my kids liked it. They like that the TVs were on the ceiling so that they can see them as they get their teeth cleaned. The TVs are no longer on the ceiling and the one TV that they have, the DVD player is broken. They have really gone out of their way to let themselves go the way they did and have given us no reason to stay with them. They can't even make my kids happy anymore.

-Front desk staff is incompetent-

Last year, at my daughter’s last check up they scheduled her next visit. I told them I preferred Mondays. They told me Sept 6 was available. A few days before that appointment they called and left a voicemail telling me that I had scheduled the appointment on Labor Day and they were closed. They did not offer to reschedule and implied that it was my fault they offered me an appointment on a day they were closed. Fast forward to today. I had an appointment for my daughter the week before Memorial Day. We showed up only to find a note on the door explaining they are closed until the Wednesday after the holiday for vacation. I didn’t get a call or email. How does somebody schedule a patient on days when the office is closed? TWICE? I will never know because we won’t be going back there.

My Son just had his first appointment here. The staff were very nice & the Dentist explained everything in great detail. I was very impressed and happy with our experience there. I also liked the option of scheduling appointments online, very convenient. My Son(13) was also happy with his visit. He actually asked me when we left if the lady up front knew us (personally). I said that we did not. And he said it seemed like she did. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They had to cancel my sons cleaning because the dentist moved out of town, apparently all of this sudden. They didn't have anyone to fill his place so unfortunately I have had to find a new place to take my kids. They always made our visits fast and easy but obviously losing our business because they have still not found a replacement.

Dr. Ibarra is the absolute best dentist! Unfortunately my son gets really bad anxiety each time we visit the dentist even for just cleaning and she is always so patient and kind to him, she does such a good job at explaining everything in a way that he can understand and be at ease with. Our hygienist Yaritza was amazing in making my son feel comfortable as well as always doing a great job. Lastly I would like to recognize Taylor at the front desk, she is so sweet and welcoming from the moment we walk in to when we leave, she does an excellent job at explaining my sons benefits to me and provides fabulous customer service being the first point of contact. We have been coming to this office for years and have never once had an issue, I am very thankful for this office and all their hard work.

Rude!! I showed up 15 minutes early and the said they were on lunch (sitting at the front eating) and gave me the very strong impresssion that I should go. So I ran into Walmart and wound up being about 15 minutes late (because everyone had to use the bathroom and we couldnt there)... the gal at the front desk was very snooty and said next time we would have to reschedule. Keeping in mind there were no other patients. Oh, and they actually rescheduled this appointment on us! Our first appointment was canceled just a few days prior because the dentist decided to go on vacation. Also a totally ridiculous online check in process, so what do the front desk people do anymore aside from threatening to wast your time I already found a new dentist while I'm waiting. The dental technicians all seem perfectly pleasant, sad their support staff does such a good job chasing away patients.

Kid Friendly and professional staff and facility! They tried to get to know me and my daughter and provided me with adequate information in regards to my daughters dental health. Dr Ibarra also answered all of my questions. My daughter is 2 years old and she is not so welcoming to new people but by the end of the visit she was saying bye to everyone. I also liked the fact that I knew what my visit was going to cost me before entering the door.
