So being the biggest baby ever when it comes to the dentist I have to admit Dr Rivera, Ariana and I forgot the hygienist name were all so amazing even after I was rude looking for an escape at first. I was so surprised by how calming Dr Rivera was and how at ease they all made me. Then came the bill and estimate. I had put off this work because I could not afford the huge down and large payments I received a year ago at Western and let's face it I hated the dentist. So it totally blew me away that their prices are extremely reasonable. Much much less than I had ever imagined. I didn't even need a payment plan. The office staff was also very nice and accommodating. If I could give extra stars I would definitely give 100 more. Thank you to all especially Ariana who was with me the entire time explaining everything they were going to do so calmly. She even got a pillow for me to be more comfortable when the chair laid downwards. By far I had an outstanding experience here and actually am looking forward to the dental work I need to be done. THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE STAFF!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND I SMILE.

Just got some work done here, Dr. Rivera was so incredibly kind, patient, and gentle with me. I’ve never had a more positive dental experience than I have here. They are direct and communicative with what needs to be said, while still being considerate and caring. Would recommend this office to anyone I know, especially those with a fear of the dentist.

I didn't like going all the way to the office just to sign some papers...& have to wait untill next
visit to be taken care of
because you have to check
my med. Ins.....seems like u could find a better way...u
don't know what it takes to
to get transportation....I think u had me wait untill next time because of me....
You had all my ins. Info.u could have call them....I had no problem the last time I was at your office,.
even thro you have a different office at a different place you are
still the Smile office whom my med.inns.( Wellcare ) told me to go to.....yell I'm Pissed.....?

Lots of smiles, until you turn your back. (some people are bilingual and understand what you are saying!). After many visits, they were unable to produce dentures that fit and were functional. That said: Great Props to Kallee! I was frustrated and in pain, and Kallee was able to talk me out of an impending anxiety attack! Her humor and approach were empathetic and calming. Her tolerance of my mental health needs was admirable, effective, and appreciated beyond words!

My first visit to iSmile on El Dorado Place in east Tucson was excellent! Beautiful, ship-shape office. Dr. Christian Rivera is kind and gave me an expert exam. The person at the front desk was great. There was good communication by everyone throughout. Ariana did a very skillful job guiding me through each step, from start to finish. I received a first-rate initial analysis by Celeste, the hygienist. Very happy with my new dentist!

What a kind an knowledgeable staff, Dr. Rivera is kind, general an explains everything you could possibly need to know about your mouth hygiene. It's the best dental experience I've ever had and I've been going to the dentist since I was 9! I'm now 67 am recommend him an his staff to everyone I know

This is a review based on my initial appt getting established as a new patient. No dental work was actually performed. They took X-rays and the hygienist did periodontal charting. All staff were friendly and appeared knowledgeable. They were on time: I had very little wait time once in the exam room. Dr. Rivera performed a thorough exam, similar to my past experiences with other dentists. They were clear about the dental plan of action. They were not pushy with encouraging additional services (i.e. gum laser). I felt no pressure and am looking forward to the actual cleaning.
