I came in for an exam, general cleaning and X-rays. They started with X-rays and graded my gums. They said my teeth looked good, but I would need a deep cleaning for the back quadrant of my teeth. When I told them I would only be able to afford what I came in for (exam, X-rays and general cleaning) the hygienist polished my teeth and sent me on my way. They did not scrape any tarter or even floss my teeth at the end of my visit. The main reason I came in was for the general cleaning, which I had stated at the beginning of my visit. The staff was kind, but when they realized I wouldn’t be paying any extra during my visit they were no longer interested in me. This was disappointing as I was hoping to find a dentist I could use in the future.

All around phenomenal service from the front desk staff, the dental assistants, to the hygienist, and especially Dr. Carlos. Everyone is pleasant, professional, easy to work with, and personable. Nothing gives me high anxiety like dental work but the atmosphere is welcoming and I always feel comfortable. Dr. Carlos has the most likable personality/bedside manner, and you can tell that he genuinely cares about your needs. I have been here for an implant and a cleaning so far. Both were painless and I am very happy with my implant which looks very natural! Dr. Carlos is very mindful & makes sure that you are comfortable throughout your procedure. He's also very knowledgeable and you can tell that he takes pride in his work. I researched and shopped around for quite a while looking for a quality dental provider with reasonable prices before choosing Dr. Carlos. I had lost my dental insurance and have to pay cash for my services. I was very unhappy with the chain dental provider I had been going to previously, who charged premium prices for shotty work. It's hard to find a good quality, honest dentist who cares about your actual dental care rather than how much they can bill your insurance. I'm in my forties and have been to multiple dental providers throughout my life and I can easily say that choosing AZ Dental Wellness was one of the best choices I have ever made.

If you're looking for a great dentist, look no further. I was in a lot of pain when I went to Dr. Carlos and my procedure went very smoothly (considering I've had very painful experiences at the dentist in the past) and pain is now gone. Amazing work. Pleasant staff. Thank you.

I've had cleanings, a crown, and gum contouring and loved the results of all procedures! The staff from the minute you walk in the door is so friendly and welcoming! Scheduling is super easy and the office is very modern and clean. I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist; Dr. Carlos is the best in the valley! My smile is a million times better and I am so grateful for the staff here!!

I really enjoyed the experience I had with Dr. Carlos yesterday. The staff was nice and the atmosphere is relaxing, which isn't common for me when I go to the Dentist. I had a missing tooth in the front of my mouth that I'd been putting off getting fixed, Dr. Carlos did a beautiful job on the implant and now I can't stop looking in the mirror and smiling. I was referred to Dr. Carlos for an emergency situation. I have now found a dental clinic I will use for all dental needs. The doctor and his staff are so welcoming. They explain every procedure they are going to do. The office is spotless and during the pandemic, this meant to world to me. I cannot tell you how happy I am with AZ Dental Wellness.
