Who likes going to the dentist? I surely don't. But today, I had to get cavities between two adjoining teeth drilled and filled. I haven't had dental work done in years and I was dreading my appointment.

Let me cut to the chase: I hardly felt the injection and there was no pain at all. First they numb your gums with local stuff. Then Dr. Chesser injects the anesthesia just barely below the gum surface. He waits about two minutes, and leaves you to watch the 4k scenic pictures on the tv. Then he comes back to inject the rest of the anesthesia to where it's supposed to go.

The rest of the procedure was quick and easy for me; I was just laid back. He was pleasant enough and conversational before he started working. And I appreciate he didn't carry on the conversation and expecting me to answer with my mouth open.

I also had my teeth cleaned here before which was how they found out I had cavities. The cleaning was state of the art and thorough. I also got the standard new toothbrush, dental floss, and toothpaste. I was angling for a lollipop or a jaw breaker, or even just a churro afterwards. But no such luck.

They do give you a rose to take home. I told my wife it's a very expensive rose that I got her but it came with free dental work.

I love this dental office! Very thorough with. exams, and it doesn’t feel like they are trying to upsell you on procedures. Will discuss treatment plan recommendations but no pressure to proceed unless it’s critical. I have been to a couple local dentists but this one is the one I have stayed with for the past few years as I get excellent service and reasonable pricing for services rendered.
Dr Chesser is great and he has state of the art equipment, including the ability to make crowns on site, which is impressive. Staff is friendly and Jenny, the dental hygienist, was top notch. Highly recommend this dental office!

Dr. Chesser put a new perfect crown on my broken tooth last week in the course of a couple hours and I never felt a thing! He's a wonderful awesome MAGICAL and painless dentist. I am so grateful and relieved. I've had 6 crowns done over my many years, but none were fast or painless. ?

I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Chesser’s office the Prescott Dental Center. On July 9, 2024. All of the office staff was kind and courteous. I couldn’t believe the dentist was going to clean my teeth because he wanted to personally introduce himself and meet his new patients. He was very kind and courteous as well! Also great new equipment!
His wife has done the updates and remodeling and it is beautiful!
Will definitely recommend this office for all dental needs!

I have trouble going to the dentist because I have a very small mouth and a very active gag reflex. I have been a previous patient of Dr Spurgeon the previous owner( dentist) (whom I trusted very much).

I can confidently report that the new owner/ dentist ? Dr Chesser who has taken over this business is excellent. I emailed during the weekend for a cracked filing and was contacted by the wonderful Monica that very next day to set up an appointment to look at the filing. Dr. Chesser was even accommodating enough to get me in for a teeth cleaning that very same day after doing an examination. And he personally did my teeth cleaning. The cleaning was very easy and smooth. I am so relieved I will be continuing my oral care here. Highly recommend Dr Chesser. I am very optimistic about this new team and old team taking over this business. Thankyou guys!
