Switched kids dentist from flag to here and we are not disappointed, staff were wonderful the whole experience was fun! The kids absolutely cannot wait to come back. Such a cool place!

Save your time and go somewhere else. Save your children all the hassle and pain. They lack all of it patience, interest, and love for what they do they are rude and not helpful those receptionist are there for a paycheck, not to help! The dentist was friendly, and the place is very cute for toddlers, but for good care, not here

I took my one and a half year old to Dr. Higgins for her first dental appointment. I was told by
her pediatrician that this appointment was just to get her used to the environment and that he wouldn't really look at her teeth at all and he was just going to talk to her. He was extremely judgmental towards me as a mother. He made me lay her down with her head in his lap and with gloves on he opened her mouth and looked at all her teeth while she screamed her head off. She has two cavities on her two front teeth and he basically told me it was my fault because I'm still breastfeeding her. He told me I need to stop breastfeeding as soon as possible. He wanted to put a paste on her cavities to stop them from growing. Or he said my other choice is to wait until she turns two so he can medicate her and drill the cavities. I believe this dentist office is a scam and they are in it for the money not for the well-being of the children. He made me feel like I was failing as a mother and it was the worst doctor experience I have ever been through. He traumatized both me and my daughter and we will never be going back there again.

I like Dr Higgens and Dr. Q, but in the 3 in a half years I have been taken my daughter there they have rescheduled all of her appointments. They have you schedule 6 months in advance and then cancle them with in a couple days of the appointment. Or call and reschedule you constantly. I am done. Also I was told if my daughter ever starts to get a spot on any of her teeth to make an appointment. I tryed back in February to make her an appointment because I started to see a cavity forming and they could not get me in for almost 5 months which was almost time for her to go in again. So I keep my appointment for her and then they just called to cancle again. I'm done and will start looking for a new dentist.

Very awesome experience.kind patient staff, I have two toddlers and they made their first dentist visit fun, one kid was down for the cleaning the other was NOT lol but still took time with both kids and got what needed to be done done. Gave kids balloons and toys at the end that’s a nice fun touch Will be back.

I took off work and my kids missed school only to show up to find out their appointment was cancelled. They said it was cancelled because I did not answer their phone calls the day before to confirm. They called me at 8am and 10am. I have a job and can not answer my phone during the day. I called them back at 4pm and said my kids would be at the appointment the next day. I had to leave a message because even though their answering machine says they are open until 4:30, they are not. My kids had veen going there for 15 years and they refused to even try accomodate the appointment. So if you work and can not answer your phone during the day, I suggest you find a different dentist. Oh and to top it off....I got there at 8:30. Ended up leaving at 8:45 (our appointment time) and there was no one else in the waiting room!
