I had a wonderful dentist where I moved from and didn’t think I would find the same caliber here. After seeing Dr Braden Hicks at Hicks Dental Group today, I was truly impressed and had a better experience than at my former dentist! I cannot say enough about how excellent he was! I first visited Hicks Dental about three years ago after a difficult experience with another dentist in town. I have some claustrophobic tendencies, and during a crown procedure, the other dentist tried to force my mouth open, making me so uncomfortable that I had to leave. Dr Paul has been my dentist for 13 years and I’m always happy with him and office staff. I have a very sensitive nerve filled mouth and he never hurts me. I’ve been through multiple procedures and even the numbing injections don’t bother me anymore. I travel to Prescott now as we sold our home there 2 years ago. It’s worth it to me to make the trip.

This was my first visit to Hicks Dental and I saw Dr. Scott. Great experience. I was immediately greeted as I walked in. The staff are friendly and informative. Dr. Scott put me at ease. Hicks Dental is amazing. They are always courteous, prompt and actually care about me and my situation. If I have a tooth on my denture break they never make me wait, they get me in asap. They didn’t even do the original work either. They have adopted my mess and yet, they treat me with kindness and understanding. How many people can say a dental trip is absolutely wonderful? I sure can! From Amy's friendly face at the front desk to my dental check with Tracy and my amazingly thorough initial examination with Dr Paul, everything was seamless and all the dental staff were exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. Top notch family business. Dr Braden is 3rd generation Hicks working at this practice. The three different Dental Hygienists that I have been to have all been there for many years. That should tell you something: a great place to work.
