Everyone here is so kind , and thoughtful. The Dr, and the lab tech went out of there way to help me, and made sure to explain to me everything in detail, in a way I could understand. And they are very experienced, and I trust them with my smile.

Dr. Nelson and his team are best in class! I went to many other implant "specialist" before choosing PDI and am so glad I chose them. Everyone is very supportive and answered any question and/or concerns I had. It's been three months since my extraction surgery and it's been a breeze! I'm so grateful and blessed to have found PDI.

I recently had an upper all on 4 implant. From day one everyone at the office was up front and honest about everything, from the cost to what to expect during the process. They did not sugar coat anything. Callie, the office manager got the ball rolling and did not miss a beat. Kelly at the front desk has always been pleasant and accommodating when making appointments. Marina the assistant is fabulous. I saw two different dentists and both were amazing. Dr. Nelson is very knowledgeable and patient. He really worked hard to make sure I was completely happy with how my teeth looked and functioned. I highly recommend Prescott Dentures and Implants. Their prices are the best out there and they don't skimp on quality. Thank you to everyone in the office!!

They deserve 8 stars but 5 is the limit!
They changed my life!!!
From the first call to their answering service to now,2 months after surgery, every step has been fantastic!
First visit I was impressed with their office, state of art equipment and cleanliness. Dr. Frank Nelson is a dedicated dentist/surgeon that is constantly perfecting his process due to his care and kindness of his fellow man, this guy truly cares!
He answered ALL my questions in detail and I was never rushed along …
After years of inferior dental work and implants done incorrectly, it was time to invest in my health , best thing I’ve EVER done for myself!
I chose the All on 4 and in hindsight I wish I would have done it sooner. I had infection surrounding my sinuses and have been a mouth breather all my life. In 1 day ALL the infection was GONE and I had beautiful teeth… 1 day!!!!!!!!!!
Surgery was a joke.. had a comfy lounge , a few deep breath of oxygen and good night!!!!
Woke to …wake up Steve! My anesthesiologist was fantastic too. He explained everything he was doing and had excellent bed side manners! A true gentleman!
First 3 days after surgery was painless and I was starving?. Learned how to cook great soft food and lots of it. After 3 days Advil and tylonal was all I needed. Now my sense of taste and smell has skyrocketed and I can breath through my nose…weird having been a mouth breather…
My energy and motivation has multiplied 10 fold! No more infection stench and I look pretty good too?.
I want to thank everyone there , you made me feel like family (family you like)

So I give them 10 stars cuz they’re twice as good as the best I’ve ever had before!

I broke my dentures and needed replacements. They gave me a range of options and I chose the cheapest one. My fear was that in doing so, I would get the cheap care as well. I was wrong. I got the best care. Eating is a joy again. Being able to enjoy eating is an underrated thing. My dentures are comfortable, stable, and people say they love my smile. Five stars!
