Wow! Ayliana at the front desk is so kind, patient, and professional. She helped me solve an issue with my bill and was just incredibly empathetic and helpful. 10/10 would recommend this office.

Can’t recommend this facility. You are rushed while being seen. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth told me: “you have too much plaque” - I think that is her job to take care of this not complain to the patient about what is being done. Had unnecessary X-rays taken and suggested surgery for my jaw, totally unneeded and unprofessional. You are better off to go elsewhere. I really do not enjoy providing poor reviews but feel my comments are valid based upon my experiences with the practice.

Honest, most integrity I’ve ever experienced in a dental office. The staff is kind, but he diagnostic equipment is modern, and Doctor Jia recommended only the work that was absolutely critical. What a great experience. It’s far for me to drive but it’s worth it.

My visit with Catalina family dental was the best! Out of all the clinics I’ve been to this one was my favorite. From the moment I came the front office was great! Ayla helped me get checked in, made me feel comfortable . From there dental assistant Victoria helping with my x rays making sure everything ran smooth to dr Helen cleaning my teeth . I highly recommend this place .

I came to the office as a new patient for a second opinion on some dental work that another dentist prescribed. The dentist was very thorough and took pictures of all of my teeth. Her suggestion was a lot more conservative than the previous dentist. I felt she was very honest, and not just trying to make money on unnecessary procedures. I felt so comfortable, I decided I will be switching to this office, along with my family. Our previous dental office seemed to push too many unnecessary treatments every time we visited. I don't think this office does that.

My first appointment with Catalina Dental went very well. I was able to get the appointment within just a few days of calling and treated very professionally by the girl setting up my appointment. I was very impressed by the way I was greeted when I came in the day of my appointment and it was just a wait of a few minutes before I was in the hygienist chair. My tooth cleaning went very well and x-rays found a crown that needed to be replaced as I thought there was a problem with it as well as a couple of other things. Dr. Helen then came for a consult and we discussed a treatment plan. She is, I feel, conservative in her treatment and very open to questions and listens to concerns.
I would recommend Catalina Dental and Dr. Helen.
