When I called the office to see if they were accepting new patients, I was happy that my experience from that moment was perfect. My reason for leaving my last dentist was the office staff. PV is top notch. You get a kind sense of calmness when you enter the lobby area. It has no resemblance of a “factory “ dental office. There is conversation heard throughout the room about needs, and service. I was recommended by a friend whose family are patients. I looking forward to my first actual appointment in May.

Who likes getting a molar extraction? Dr Henderson and his assistant Janice could not have done better! From administering the local to the extraction, no pain! They worked effectively and efficiently. No two procedures are alike, I realize, but as you can imagine I was doing my best reel in my trepidation. Well, they were simply awesome. Great customer service from London too. Btw, this was a last minute accommodation by PV Dental. Thank yo sooo much because i can't afford to miss work...

Always a pleasant experience for a dreaded task. Office personnel are always chipper and helpful in explaining billing and greeting. Dr. Henderson has been very skillful in his work on my teeth and hygienists are super nice and professional. and very efficient during cleanings and preps for the dentist.

I highly recommend PV Dentistry! It was my first visit, as I had recently moved to the Prescott Valley area. Dr. Henderson and Thomas (hygienist) were amazing. They made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions and I believe the treatment plan is actionable and has my best interest in mind. London, the receptionist, is amazingly sweet and friendly.
