His staff Myra is so caring and tentative she stay at the hospital with me all day until 8pm, she was the mother, sister, best friend that you wished was with you when going through this. From day one, the patient’s service was professional and attentive. You will meet Doc either via Zoom/Team or in-person for your initial consult.

Dr. Beltran will conduct an evaluation of your specific case/needs and provide you with multiple options, procedure explanation/expectations as well as provide you with time to answer all your questions and concerns.

Once you decide to proceed with the procedure, Dr. Beltran’s assistant (Mayra) will provide you with all the necessary paperwork and payment options. She’s an amazing assistant. She will answer all your administrative questions in a timely manner as well as being your liaison between Doc and you (they are a bilingual medical office, and they have a U.S. phone number)

Once you arrive for your surgery day, you will be checked in at a small local surgical center located right across Dr. Beltran’s office. The service and attention provided at the surgical center is outstanding! They will definitely take care of your needs in a professional medical setting.

Overall, you will not be disappointed with Dr. Beltran, and his medical team. If for some reason you have hesitation to come to Mexico for a medical cosmetic procedure, don’t be! I am a retired U.S. Air Force Officer, and I vouch for Dr. Beltran!

Wonderful job Dr. Juan! Highly recommend his services, he was extremely professional, talked me through entire neck-lipo process. I’m 13 days post-op and have almost 0 swelling under my chin.

One recommendation I do have is that if you are getting neck Lipo make sure you get a lymphatic drainage massage 10-14 days after operation.

Starting from the consultation day up to the day of surgery, he explained everything to me in detail & was very knowledgeable. I drove from California to get buccal fat removal and the procedure itself was quick and comfortable. I would definitely recommend him for procedures and his staff is awesome!
