First, I had an appointment at 1:30. At 8:00 a.m. Dr. Bader’s office called me asked if I could come in now. I said no at the doctor but, I can head that direction after. They said okay. 1hour 45 minutes later she finally came in to tell me she didn’t have time to deal with my broken partial. Dr. Bader didn’t take two seconds to look in my mouth. Dr. Bader billed my insurance company for an evaluation though. Today at another dentist that took two seconds to evaluate my mouth found a lump on the left dorsum of my tongue. I was fighting over a partial. Now something that should have been found weeks ago sat unnoticed. My partial that she had made broke in half. She wanted to have it welded back together. Supposed to be covered for 5 years. I had to fight to get her to do the right thing. She finally reimbursed the charge to my insurance! Dr. Baders, partial’s and crown’s aren’t made to last! Insurance says it should last 5 years. Some of her staff is great and some are very rude. Today they can’t read. I requested that they email a copy of my X-Rays to me and my dentist. They sent them to just me. I am sorry I was busy getting the blow I should have gotten weeks ago if this dentist were thorough. Bad dentistry!

Started coming after referral from partners colleague. Had gone to gentle dental and was informed I’d need 5k in work. Dr Bader was patient in providing second opinion and describing why other office was offering unnecessary work. Been going for years now. Appts are easy and professional.

Dr. Bader helped me with a cavity and I just wanted to say how fabulous she was! She was more than accommodating with my requests and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable! Prior to this appointment, my mom, who was a hygienist for her whole career, was the only one to work in my mouth so I was a little nervous. Dr. Bader and her staff far exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be back!

I have been coming to this dentist for almost two years now, and I must say it’s always In the waiting room and exam area. The wait is always very minimal, and the techs are fantastic, very friendly, and kind. I believe they take good care of you all the way around and I am very happy with this dentist, I want to say I think it’s all women that work there and I think it’s a woman owned dentist office which is kind of cool too.

I went to Dr. Bader for years and even continued to go to her for two years after I moved 100 miles away. I reluctantly stopped seeing her when the 200 mile round trip several times a year became too much. Recently a crown that she had installed in 2016 popped off of my implant and the current dentist needed to know specifics about the implant. I couldn't remember the name of the periodontist but hoped that Dr. Bader's office would. They were able to access an old computer system with the records and was able to supply the report that gave all the information my current local dentist needed. I am so appreciative of their speedy helpfulness. It's gratifying to know that she keeps these old records and is so willing to locate and share them only a couple of business hours after I made my request.

This is the place to go for all dental work! I've been going here for a few years and every visit has been wonderful. The front office staff is friendly and always greets me with a hello and smile when I enter and leave. Dr. Sharon Bader has been nothing but professional and has given me the level of service that exceeds my expectations. I also want to give praise to Yvette. She's always been the one who does my cleanings and she's so friendly and personable. I enjoy the conversations we have each time, funny or serious, and she's such a wonderful member of this staff that makes me look forward to my next 6 month appointment. Thank you for always exceeding my expectations and providing an amazing experience in your office.

Been coming to Dr. Bader for years now and have never had a bad experience with her or any of the staff at lake pleasant dentistry. Always greeted with a smile and everyone is very welcoming and kind. If you’re looking for a new dentist, this is the one.
