I have an autistic 5 year old. We have tried several dentists all over and nobody has been able to help her, get x-rays, or do a cleaning so I tried them in case we would have to do it all sedated, which we really didn't want to do. This staff had me in tears today. I have never seen a more caring, kind hearted, or patient team. Not once were they annoyed or agitated. They were calm and took their time to explain each tool and step along the way. They let her touch the tools, see how they work, and answered questions. My daughter actually let them do everything!!! When I first set up the appointment I had zero expectations that anything would be accomplished today and they got all of it done. I'm truly amazed and so thankful! We have finally found her dental team!

This was my second time at this office, the first visit went perfectly fine. This time not so much. If you are working in a pediatric office, you should have experience talking or giving direction to small children while being compassionate. Make your requests simple. My child is young and he doesn't understand the fast 4 requests of him while trying to do an X-ray.
This will probably be the last time at the office unfortunately.

Not sure what happened here. We’ve always had amazing experiences, but today was a disaster start to finish. Poor x-rays done for my daughter, the hygienist even commented that they weren’t great. My kid was calm and still, followed the directions. I’d understand if it was a kid who struggled to cooperate. Very rushed cleaning on both kids, just a quick run of the spin brush and fluoride, not even a flossing done. Then waited an hour for the dentist to come out who appeared in poor hygiene himself….no introduction or anything. We normally have Dr. Rivera who is incredible. This dentist said he couldn’t see anything in the x-rays so he has no idea what’s going on below the surface. He did a quick 30 second look-see and could tell everything was great. Then we were dismissed. My kids went to get their sticker from the counter but there was a filthy tray with bloody gauze and used brush head and tools right there in front of the prizes. My kids were mortified by the sight. We also noticed the hygienists confusing the names of the patients several times which was bothersome. Seems overbooked and understaffed, very disappointed in seeing how this facility went downhill.

I have been bringing my kids here since my youngest was 2 (he's now 4) and every appointment is a great experience. This past appointment we were attended by Cecilia, Lucia, and another very nice lady. They always make sure my kids are comfortable and receiving the best treatment that's needed at the moment

The staff was kid friendly. My little ones 1st visit. All smiles no tears. Update just had 2nd visit. The staff is fantastic the dentist found a way to work with my 23 month old so she could check his teeth without causing distress. The DA's are fantastic with little ones. Highly recommended.

A 5-star for my child's dentist “Dr. Stolz and her dental assistance's Adrianna, and Keiry! Dr. Stolz is so kind & awesome my son enjoyed his visit. The doctor's attention to detail in patient care during the dental appointment process was very helpful.” The front staff was extremely courteous. Great experience from checking in to meeting the doctor, to checking out. We will definitely be returning to this dentistry. I highly recommend this clinic.

I’ve Never Experienced Such Unorganized and Poor Service . Staff was really kind, but We Were Here for 2hrs just To get, All Together, 15mins of service .
It Was Our First Time So I Knew It Would Maybe a Little Wait due to some paperwork that should have been filled out prior to the appointment so I was I was understanding, but 2hours is still EXTREME.

I didnt feel that my daughter’s teeth were cleaned thoroughly, and DEFINITELY NOT checked for cavities thoroughly. They Lost her X-Rays so I have no clue if there might be cavities in between my daughter’s teeth. So once saying the x-rays were lost , they Then Wanted to take more but told me that it may be too much radiation so they do not recommend , they worked on 5 other patients that arrived well after us and after I had completed my paperwork, and basically made my daughter feel uncared for . I know she’s young but I take her health very serious in ALL ASPECTS. We unfortunately will not be returning but I do hope things get better .
