I can't say enough about Dr. Hicks, Dr. Picard and EVERY team member! They are absolutely a fantastic dental office and my family and I are so glad we found this dental team. They are gentle, thorough, and always friendly and welcoming. Can't imagine a better place!

Katie Hicks D.D.S. is a fantastic dental office. I had my first visit today for a dental cleaning. Kara Stevens R.D.H. was my hygienist and she was awesome. I’m 61 years old so I have a little dental history which Kara patiently listened to. She was kind, gentle and very thorough. I will happily be back. Dr. Sarah Picard, the dentist that saw me, was equally good although the time we spent together was much less given that I was having no problems. This is a really nice, friendly and clean place. I highly recommend!

What a great experience for my 8 year old daughter who had to get a few cavities filled. She loves this staff and Dr Hicks is incredible! She didn’t feel a thing. ❤️

After my lifelong dentist passed away, I decided to search for a dentist and practice to replace that relationship..... I know I found that with Dr. Hicks, Dr. Picard, and all the wonderful staff in this office. The office is very clean, and you feel welcome every time you walk through the door. I can not recommend the wonderful people and dental work that this office provides enough.

New Patient to this office. Easy to make an appt and fill out forms online. Front Staff so friendly and my hygienist Mary was so sweet and so easy to talk to and walked me thru everything she would be doing. Dr. Picard who was awesome and also had such a great personality. So glad I googled this office to establish my husband and I as patients and they take Delta Dental Insurance which also helps with the costs. I can see why this office is so popular and highly recommended.

Update- This, this is an update on my original post two years ago. I just had an old crown fall off and Dr. Hicks's office had me in immediately to get it fixed. I have even more impressed I didn't think that was possible. Great staff, wonderful dentist! Still is the best!
From 2 years ago- Amazingly pleasant and top notch service. As a physician, I am especially impressed as her entire team went above and beyond. I recently broke a front tooth crown and with my old dentist retired I was looking for a new dentist. I had heard great things about Dr. Hicks and so called to see how soon I could be seen as a new patient. To my surprise, they worked me in the next workday. From the front desk staff to the back office assistants and especially Dr Hicks, everyone was so polite, courteous and professional. Using a new 3D imaging system I had never seen anywhere else before, they were able to design a new crown and create a temporary that actually looks more natural than the old crown that broke.The entire procedure was painless and a pleasure. Now I understand why she was rated one of the best in Tucson.

One doesn't generally characterize the visit to the dentist as a great experience (pain, etc) - but, Dr. Hicks and her staff are outstanding. They were gentle with the anesthetic administration. They spoke to me throughout the procedure telling me what they were doing and that I was doing well. Dr. Hicks is also incredibly respectful toward her staff praising them for their good work throughout the encounter. Yes - this was a great experience.
