Horrible experience. Overcharged me $3,600. My insurance company (Cigna) did 2 investigations on the billing over my service and found they had completely screwed up the filing of insurance claims. They are inexperienced and very unprofessional. My insurance company is still fighting on my behalf for refund that is owed me. This place is a Scam!

They were able to get me in super fast as a new patient I had terrible tooth pain. Sadly they were not able to get the issues solved due to me needing oral surgery to solve the issue but the lady at the counter assist me right away and found an oral surgeon that was 25 mins away with a spot open within the hour and they took my insurance. I got my situation resolved someday. I have a follow up appointment in 2 days. I found my new home for my teeth. 🙂

I decided to try. Healthy smiles as my roommate started seeing them. In my opinion, I find a couple things that sound shady to me. When I asked a question about my roommates experience and why there was a discrepancy compared to mine I was told that my roommates ex-husband helped her pay for some of the services which to me is a big hipa violation, and it was untrue according to my roommate. I had a deep cleaning 4 months ago and I got a call from them stating that I need to come in for a regular cleaning. Usually only do two a year which is every 6 months I found that kind of strange. When I asked about it didn't get it direct answer only I should talk to the hygienist which I will do today because I'm scheduled today at 1:00 because they had an opening today. My insurance allows $5,000 a year for anything done. I recommended them originally to my neighbor and her husband and they went in and had some work done and then got a bill which was $700 for the husband and I don't know what it was for her but we called our rep for banner health and they got refunded. I need a dental records from a retired dentist in Michigan so I could finish my implant and they told me they never got it.. I paid $25 to have this done. So when I called regarding the records that were supposed to be sent to them they told me it was sent out over two months ago and to have the office call them so I told them, and when I talk to them today was thinking about canceling my appointment she said she didn't call at that time that she would today. We will see and I'm also going to ask for a copy of those records if they do receive them because I honestly I'm thinking about going to a different dentist.

I can honestly and whole-heartedly recommend these folks and give Peoria Healthy Smiles the highest rating possible. They are friendly, personable and extremely skilled and professional. The quality of their office staff, dentists, dental assistants and hygenists is second to none. I can only thank these folks, each and everyone for their kindness and professionalism. They are fantastic and I love them for taking such good care of me from fillings for cavities, to root canals and extractions. I am getting ready for an implant and hopefully I will be a candidate for them to help me out with that. These are great folks. God Bless them for everything they have done for me over the last few years. I am just glad to have someone like them to take care of my teeth for me. That is truly peace of mind.

This was the best experience I've had with a dentist office. Everyone I came into contact with was friendly and made me feel at ease. I'm not comfortable with dentists and they made me comfortable. I would highly recommend them.
