I have been going to this location for about 2 years now. Our old dentist stopped taking our insurance otherwise we would have never switched. I have always had a regular cleaning with no issues. Everyone always says everything looks great. However this last visit they told me I needed a deep cleaning and refused to do my regular cleaning. The deep cleaning was approx. $1400.00. I told the hygienist that I have had my regular cleanings every other time and no one has ever said you need a deep cleaning. Even the dentist that looked at my teeth after she came in said everything looked great. My question is who is not being truthful? Was everyone prior to this hygienist just rushing to get me in and out, did the dentist not see what she saw? I will be looking for a new dentist office. There are always new employees every 6 months I go in there. If I do actually need a deep clean it will not be at this office.

I am so grateful for the beautiful work done on my dentures! I had such bad teeth and knew id need dentures, but i was afraid to see how they turned out. I've seen some bad dentures on friends before. But mine are gorgeous!! I’m so happy that i can smile again without holding my hand over my mouth!!! Every one was so caring and friendly!! Easy to get appointments and get me right in if I'm having a problem. Thank you guys! You're all great!

Because of my husband a quite a few years ago my husband was looking for a dentist and went here. He came home with a very negative attitude about them so I never tried them. Today I walked in the door and I was very impressed about the whole place. It is very welcoming. Everyone was very helpful and actually listened to what I was saying. I walked in there expecting a root canal. Didn't need one. The staff was wonderful. I will be switching dentists. Thank you so much.

Their customer service in the billing department is absolutely terrible. I had called a couple months ago regarding a bill I had received that my insurance should cover and the woman I spoke to was helpful that day and said that she needed to resubmit to the insurance and that they should cover that. I didn’t think about it again till I got the same bill. I called today to get some information on why I still owed them a bill for preventative care when my insurance should cover that and their previous employee had confirmed with me that I shouldn’t owe for that service. When I started asking the girl who helped me questions about my bill and insurance, she put me on hold (which I was fine with) and when she got back on the phone she was very dry and said that my insurance didn’t cover it. I asked her if she could reach out to them to double check since the other girl said it needed to be resubmitted. She didn’t respond. Complete SILENCE. I had to say multiple times “hello?” She did this to me two or three times. I just wanted some context on this and they couldn’t give me ANY information to why my insurance denied it or why I still owed money. I understand if my insurance doesn’t cover it, then I am responsible. She was completely unprofessional and didn’t want to help me.

Doctors and Staff: The first doctor I had was a young doctor and he was very helpful. Had a great attitude and talked to us about everything and any questions we had. The second doctor was an older man who came into the exam room and immediately made a comment about the gap between my two front teeth and how I could close it with adult braces… I was there for a wisdom tooth. The office staff was okay. They do seem kind of all over the place and not very organized but overall they were nice.

With that, I will not go here again.

The dentist is fantastic!! I will be going back because of her. The 3 star rating is because of the lack of communication from the front desk. I went in to pick up what was ordered by the dentist for me with no phone call, like there was supposed to be. I was told that was because I had a balance but I was put on a payment plan. This was a ongoing problem which I had to call in and make payments for. I paid my bill in full. If the dentist wasn't fantastic, I would not go back.

I have been going to Perfect Teeth since I was about 11 years old. Today was my first time at this location. These ladies are absolutely wonderful. They empathize with you on the balance due and overall dental care. The customer service is top notch. Keep up the great work ladies and thank you for everything!

My daughter and I had appointments today and we both were extremely pleased with the care we received. The staff were empathetic and very comforting, as well as extremely knowledgeable. We left knowing that we will return for future dental care.
