If you need a deep cleaning like periodontics, you better off going to different dentist that doesn't charge more if you have VIP plan. Now two Dentists works in a different office that is much cheaper than tender Dental care.

Do No Go Here, my husband came here and they took ALL the required X-rays. They mentioned they were "trouble" with their machine. They didn't even bother to call him back. He had to call for his results, only to be told the X-rays did not print. What kind of inept office is this?! This is the worst dental experience that I have ever heard of!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
BE AWARE of their Cancellation policy if you do not return their phone call to confirm your appointment THEY WILL CANCEL your appointment WITHOUT NOTICE or Any Warning and just give your appointment to someone else.
The office manager there has absolutely no customer service or understanding & says this is their company“policy”. Never have I ever had an appointment canceled without warning (at least leave that in your voicemail). My entire day completely ruined & NO apology from management. She actually told me it looks like I need to find a new dentist. Yep you’re definitely right about that!!

Highly Recommend: I went to A Tender Dental Care near Fry's as a new patient and received amazing "Care". For optimal tooth care I needed a crown replaced and they completed the dental work the same day. First time in years (if ever) I left at ease with a smile, a rose (yes a rose) and a 2-week appointment for the permanent crown. I was treated with care and kindness all the while receiving optimal dental care. The next morning I received a follow -up phone call from Nichole to assure I was feeling ok. Best dental office ever!

My experience with A Tender Dental has been nothing short of amazing, I would leave 10 stars if I could. Everyone one of the staff members are very caring and the service itself is beyond words. I have seen many dentists and hygienists in my adult life, but have yet to experience such a passionate staff. I highly recommend this practice and will be returning for all of my future visits. I just had a great experience at this dentist. Having had many dental procedures at a variety of offices this by far has been my best experience. The dentist was expert and she completed the procedure quickly with no pain. When I arrived the office staff greeted me and promptly got me in for my appointment. The dental assistant was knowledgeable and explained all the work. I would recommend the office to everyone.

It took me quite a while to get myself to a dentist and I'm so happy to have chosen Dr. Sayegh at Tender Dental. She spoke to me as if I was family and I felt so comfortable with her. She's open and honest, knowledgeable and professional and genuinely cares for her patients. Her assistant, Armando, is the epitome of professionalism and experience. And, lest I forget, the front office staff welcomed me as if I was their only concern for the day. Lastly, I needed some work done and their prices are extremely fair and their accounts person explained every detail of my procedure. Again, I'm so thankful to have found Dr. Sayegh and Tender Dental Care in Sun City West.

This was our first experience at a Tender Dental Care & We were very impressed with everyone who worked there from the the employee Who we originally talked to to set up our appointments to the assistants who did the initial exam and the Dentist who explained to explain to us what our x-rays showed & answered our questions. Everyone was so friendly & very knowledgeable about everything. We would definitely recommend this location to our friends, family & neighbors.
