I called this clinic and told them that my general dentist referred me for a root canal retreatment. I specifically asked if they have endodontists who accept Medi-Cal, and they said yes and booked an appointment. However, when I arrived, they told me they don’t do the procedure and referred me to an endodontist at another clinic.

They completely wasted my time and now plan to charge my insurance for a consultation that should have never happened. This is misleading and unprofessional.

To make matters worse, when I was leaving, the lady who booked my appointment told me, "To be honest, I don't think any endodontist is going to accept Medi-Cal." Then why the hell did she book the appointment in the first place? Ridiculous.

Hygienist Griselda is absolutely Wonderful!!! So friendly and detailed oriented. My mother had no pain the next day. Very happy we chose them as her new Dentist.
Dental assistant Maria took her Xray, she was also very friendly and explained her problem and treatment in details like noone explained before. Maria knows all about teeth! ? Highly recommended!
Location is kinda in a hidden area, but lots of parking and front ladies are all very nice,too.

This is not a dental office this is a chop shop for cars. I've been in bed for 3 days with a bad dental infection. I had to hunt down the "dentist" to actually write the antibiotics prescription. My mouth is full of puss where he injected numbing medicine. My jaw was so sore when I left from him repeatedly jamming my mouth open. My shirt neck and back were covered in saliva and blood when I got up. The nurse had to clean the blood covered floors. This was a horror story I'm still very sick. The receptionist was very rude when I asked my records to be sent to a different dentist. 100% DO NOT GO HERE!

I’ve been coming here with Dr. Farkas since I was a little girl, I’ve seen this office change over the years for the better. They always provided information and quality care for me and my family, they treat you as a member of their family. Very welcoming and helpful. I’ve been coming here ever since I was a teenager! Dr. Farkas always made time to explain what was needed and why. Never rushed through an exam even if there were no cavities! Definitely a safe place for friends and family to come in. Their hygienist always took their time to clean and check each tooth to make sure everything was good. If it weren’t for them, I could have a mouth full of pain!

Dr. FARKAS is the best there can ever be around sun valley I’ve been going there for my teeth since I was 7 and I’m 27 now . I highly recommend to everyone and anyone you won’t regret it!
