I recently had my wisdom teeth removed with Dr. Pollaccia, and the entire experience was amazing. From the moment I arrived, the staff was very welcoming and made sure I felt comfortable and informed about the procedure. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and I didn’t have to wait long before being seen. Dr. P was highly skilled and explained every step of the surgery. The procedure itself was quick and efficient, and the post- operative care instructions were clear and helpful. Very happy I came to him and his team and I highly recommend going to them.

I had such a positive experience here with my wisdom teeth removal! Dr. P and the whole staff was so kind and comforting, even though I am 27 I was super apprehensive! lol. I became very nauseous before the operation and they were so comforting and helpful, giving me an exercise to help the nausea and putting a cold rag and fan on me to help and speaking so kindly and positively to me. Never fun having to get a procedure like this done but they were a fabulous choice. 🙂

The staff is very helpful and very friendly. My tooth extraction could not have went any better. Dr. Nino numbed the area where the tooth need to be taken out, and I literally felt no pain whatsoever from the numbing shots and the extraction. It’s been a day and a half now since the extraction and I’ve had no pain at all. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Nino and his staff.

Dr Pollacia was recommended by a family mbr, and now I know why. Since my first visit the staff was very friendly and helpful. The Dr is very knowledgeable, thorough, and explained things very well. Having surgery is always a little nerve racking... But Dr Pollacia was awesome and his staff fantastic. I honestly felt very comfortable before and after surgery. They called to check in with me a couple of times since the surgery to see how I was doing, which was really appreciated! Hands down the best oral surgery experience I have ever had.

Extremely happy my dentist sent me here for my oral surgery. All the staff are very nice and competent. Dr. P. walks you through all the steps and makes sure you are doing well during the surgery. He even follows up after the procedure to make sure you are doing good. Thank you Peoria Oral.

The Oral Surgeon answered all my questions in a friendly manner. He did the oral surgery in a professional way and explained what he was going to do before he did it. The staff was attentive to me. I was given post-op follow-up material and all necessary instructions for recovery. The results are good. This physician is "in network" and additional uncovered costs are affordable. Very pleased.

Dr P and his staff were very caring. Having 6 wisdom teeth pulled at once isn't pleasant for anyone, but they made it manageable! Dr P even text that evening just to check up on us and answered my questions immediately back. His office followed up the very next day with a phone call. Definitely would recommend. This Dr and his staff made you feel like a real person they care about, not just another number!
