I’m 30 years old and, believe it or not, I’ve only been to the dentist a handful of times in my life. Needless to say, I was pretty nervous walking into Cotton Lane Dentistry, especially knowing I needed to get two root canals done. I’ve never been very confident about my smile, and the thought of dental work made me anxious.

From the moment I walked in, the team put me at ease. The office manager Ally was incredibly welcoming and made the paperwork process a breeze. Dr. Khakwani and Dr. Ahmed were not only highly professional and knowledgeable, but they were also compassionate and attentive to my concerns. They explained each step in detail, making sure I understood what was happening and why. The dental assistants were equally amazing—friendly, polite, and constantly checking in to ensure I was comfortable.

Throughout the procedures, I felt like I was in the best hands. My anxiety was significantly reduced because of how patient and calming the entire staff was. If you’re looking for a dental team that truly cares, I highly recommend Cotton Lane Dentistry. They turned what I thought would be an overwhelming visit into a positive and reassuring experience!

Nice, well lit waiting room with good music. Water, and coffee is also available. Very good communication between staff and letting me know what was going on at each stage of my appointment. Allie helped make my appointment and checked me in. Maddy and Eileen did my exam and Dr. Shaw was able to squeeze in my treatment same day! Hands down best dentist I have EVER been to. Sarah at the front desk is patient and so kind. Maddy, the dental hygienist was the best I have had in my many years of cleaning. She is efficient and did not hurt me at all! Alex who did my polishing and xrays did an excellent job and was lovely. Dr. Shaw is an incredible dentist, personable, knowledgable, and great personality. Also, this whole appointment was quick and efficient, which is excellent, because everyone has busy schedules. This place is also VERY clean, which is excellent. I highly recommend this dentist and their staff!!
