This place was great! They were able to get me in the next day early morning. I needed a root canal done and the whole procedure was pain less. I felt very comfortable there. Dr. Hussam Ahmed did a excellent job.!! Would definitely recommend! The staff was also very friendly and explained everything very well.

I haven't had the dental work completed yet. But I did visit this office for the necessary scans and x-ray's needed for a root canal. I can tell you I love the atmosphere in the office. I love the kind smiling faces of the staff and I especially like the Dr. Himself he was very kind, personable and caring.

I told my Wife about the Endodontist Dr. Wassam Ahmed and we will be leaving our Dentist and switching over to his office!

This place showed me that medical is a joke they only look at the root of a tooth nothing else asking more questions I realized they can mess up you tooth to whare you can't get a crown put on and then have to get a implant or no tooth and that not on them because they only work with your root so you can go through all that pain and money because they don't deal with making sure you can mount a crown by there own doctors word

Omg!! The best experience of my life. I will definitely tell everyone about this office. I had 2 root canals done today at 7am . Staff was friendly, quick and doctor came in very personable, and nice, and humming to the office music. The doctor explained everything step by step, including his assistant. I felt only a little pain( from needle to numb) but after 30 mins or so, I was done, no pain at all. Now I’m headed home. The best place to go for root canals. Wow! Thanks Dr. Ahmed

I am doing my best not to jump to conclusions here but I’m pretty sure the doctor, and/or his staff, are racist. Here’s why:
My 12 year old daughter has been in excruciating pain and requires a specialist to perform her root canal. We were referred to this office to get the job completed and scheduled for the first consultation on 11/8. They took one look at our family and rushed us out of the office so quickly, I didn’t even get a chance to ask all of my questions nor did the doctor take the time to explain the procedure to me. They proceeded to schedule the procedure for 11/15. That morning there had been a car accident on the freeway (I live an hour away from the office). Half way there I called as a courtesy to let the doctor know we were running about 6 minutes behind (according to GPS). I was then told the doctor will not see her and rescheduled for 12/21. I begged them to see her sooner because she is still in excruciating pain! She cannot eat regularly and is getting constant headaches, which is, of course, affecting school. The front office said they would call if there was an opening.. well, they did:
They called yesterday evening at 5:45pm to say they had cancellations and could see my daughter at 11:15. I took the day off of work and made arrangements to be there at 10:30 to avoid any hassle. I then received a call at 7:00am to ask for me to bring my daughter at 8am (again I live an hour away and would have still needed to wake her up to get dressed) I explained this to the front desk. They then proceeded to give the excuse “the doctor has an emergency and will need to reschedule”.
Pause: last night they said the doctor had a few cancellations. That, to me, implies that there is no emergency. My daughter was the only appointment left and he didn’t feel like doing it so they came up with the “emergency story”. Never mind the fact that a 12 year old is in pain..
They have the appointment once again scheduled for next Tuesday. I’m not sure how life works for them, but calling off of work to be rescheduled time and time again is not an option for me. And worst of all my daughter is still in pain and will have to keep waiting! Not that they care…

Edit-
By the way: looking back on the reviews, I am seeing a trend here with ahcccs patients. Coincidence? I doubt it. Once this is all over I’ll be consulting with a lawyer and writing a letter to the board of dentistry for sure! I think it’s time for an investigation.

I wish I can give two separate stars for my review~ PRO: If you need a dentist for your young ones, Dr. Salazar is the best way to go. I’m beyond impressed on how he deals with my 9 y/o, so I’m 100% sure that he deals w other youngsters the same. He made sure that my son feels comfortable. Dr. Salazar is also professional and knowledgeable as well. He’s vibe is also very calming. His assistant, Desiree is also great! Very nice and professional as well. Now, the CONS: The front desks people are like hit/miss. Sometimes you get the nice ones & sometimes you get the rude ones. Only if I could rate the front desk it’ll be a 2 star but since the dentist and assistant are so awesome, it’s a 5 star.

Absolutely wonderful experiece and yes, I'm talking about having a root canal today. Dr. Ahmed was so skilled, kind, respectful, patient and he hummed happy tunes from the moment he walked in, while giving novocain and all through the procedure putting me at ease. After having a horrid experience from a different dentist in the past, this one today was a god-send. I highly recommend Dr. Ahmed for root canals!

I had to wait 10 days for an emergency root canal ugh. Not blaming Valley E. S. Today is 6/22/23 and finally got it done. Came in at 7am. Went to the bathroom, came out and assistant was there calling my name. Sat me down in my room/chair right away. Dr came in and asked how I was doing. I said good. He numbed me up. No pain whatsoever during and afterwards (Shots always hurt a little no matter where you go.) and now sitting in my car about to go home pain free. Thank you all so much! Life savers! ✌?
