This review is for the front office/office manager, NOT the quality of dental work. I called to get scheduled as a new patient and was told by the woman that answered the phone they did not accept my insurance, even though my insurance says they are a participating provider. She stated she has had problems with them so they won’t accept them anymore. That was fine, but then she promptly hung up on me when I was in the middle of my sentence. I immediately called back and asked to speak to the office manager, which, of course, she said that was her. I then asked Her boss who is the dentist. She stated he was busy with a patient so I asked her to have him call me. When she asked why I told her I was filing a complaint because she just very rudely dismissed and hung up on me. She then became very nice and apologized, but the damage was done. Of course, the dentist has never called me, I have serious doubts that the message was ever even passed on to him by her.

Thank you for doing such a fabulous job on my teeth! Michael Grams is a very honest doctor. He is very inexpensive and only charges you for the items that need to actually need to be done. He does not try and get you to have a deep cleaning or a mouth guard unless you actually need it. I have experienced this with other offices. He has a very clean and updated practice. It is beautiful and flawless. My experience was fabulous and I would recommend him to all. Definitely worth the drive!

Well, who really likes any dentist office? In all seriousness though, if I were to recommend one, this would be the one. The staff is great and they give sound advice. They don't pressure you to have work done and they don't make you feel bad or embarrassed of yourself, like some dental offices do. I had quite a bit of work done here and will always come back to this office for any future work, hopefully not anytime soon though.

I had some decay that recently developed under a very old filling. Dr Bjerke did a great job. I never felt a thing, and was finished in 40 min. from start to finish. All the staff here are fantastic, so helpful. I am glad to have found great dentristry close to home.
