I am a new patient of Dr. Carrillo's. I was initially seen for a routine cleaning; I was immediately struck with how professional, caring, and friendly the doctor and staff were! More recently, I suffered from an extreme toothache! I phoned Dr. Carrillo's office; they accommodated me the same day! Following Dr. Carrillo's evaluation, she sent me over to Southern Arizona Endodontics for an emergency procedure; again, she did this on the same day! By the end of the day, I was pain free and on my way to recovery! Dr. Carrillo and staff genuinely cared about my situation and immediately reacted appropriately! Dr. Carrillo and staff are SECOND TO NONE and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them without hesitation!!! Thank you, Dr. Carrillo and staff!!!

I've been a patient of Dr. Carrillo for about 15 years, ever since I was a teenager. There was a brief period where I moved across town and tried a different dentist that was much closer to where I was living, but nothing could match the comfort and professionalism that Dr. Carrillo and her staff exude. I enjoy going in and catching up with the staff whenever I have an appointment. The staff is always friendly, the office is always spotless, and I never have had to wait for more than 15 minutes to be seen.
Dr. Carrillo and her staff have even been kind enough to be flexible with my schedule. I'm a teacher and sometimes my schedule is crazy or I have to cancel and appointment at the last minute due to issues at work.
If you are looking for a new dentist, you can't do better than Dr. Carrillo. She's amazing, her staff is amazing, and you won't be disappointed.

All the staff from the front desk (I'm sorry I didn't catch her name), Cassandra and Dr. Carrillo are nice and welcoming.

They will also do an oral cancer screening which I've never had a dentist do before. They are through in their work.

Also, if you have anxiety concerning dental work, I recommend this office. Cassandra will put you at ease and talk with you.

The staff at Annette Carrillo's office are fantastic. I walked into a friendly and accommodating environment, and immediately felt as if I made the right choice by becoming Doctor Carrillo's patient. My cleaning went well, and the hygienist was funny and supportive throughout the xrays and cleaning. I spent less time with Doctor Carrillo, but both her and all of her staff were very informative and helped me find solutions to any issues that I presented.

I was there once and found myself a new dentist. She said I have three cavities which seemed odd but I still agreed to have one tooth fixed the same day. After that appointment I had the worst toothache ever. Found a new dentist who redid that tooth again and the pain was gone. They also said I don't have any cavities so she probably messed up my healthy tooth.

I had used Dr. Cabrillo for many years before moving out of the state. Recently moved back to Tucson and even though I'm on a different side of town, I couldn't imagine using a different dentist. She and her team are so wonderful. They truly care about their patients. I had yet another great experience today.

I don't really like doctors, I always have a poor experience. I haven't been to the dentist since 2004 and wasn't expecting my problem to be addressed, I was happily wrong. If your the kind of person looking at only negative reviews, stop it and go here, these people are excellent.

Dr. Carrillo and staff are compassionate and have been accommodating when needed the most! I have been going to them for years and will continue to because they treat you like family! Thank you for being there when I needed you.
