First time getting my teeth whitened! I want to say I am a smoker and a coffee drinker and my first 90 minute session lightened my teeth 7 shades! My boyfriend had his done and his lightened 12 shades! The staff are very nice and interactive which is a plus. The space was comfortable and I liked the tooth paste they gave us. Will be back for my next session.

Had such a great experience. Went with my best friend for a birthday/Christmas gift. Neither of us have had our teeth professionally whitened before and we felt so taken care of, the experience was really fun and we love our results! We will be coming back next time we need a whitening.

This process does cause some sensitivity and may give sores if the gel gets on your mouth, but it’s dealable. My teeth were definitely whiter. People should know that payments done on a payment plan for the packages they offer are not done in house- you’ll have to apply for an Affirm account. I wasn’t aware but the company made it easy to cancel when I discovered this. I’m working on getting affirm closed and my credit but We Whiten did cancel the charges and let me pay for the one time service. I appreciate their quick attention.

I wanted a fresh white smile going into the new year but didn’t know what to expect for my first time here and let me tell you guys….it was so easy, effective, and even relaxing!!! I am so pleased and raving about this place! Morgan my technician was so sweet and attentive which made me feel comfortable. The results are actually incredible which is most important right?! I had a bad experience. I'll start with my teeth are whiter so that mission was accomplished. Unfortunately, the whitening solution found its way to my bottom lip and I had blistering and scarring that is still present now over a week later. The burning started within 20 minutes in the session. I didn't know what was going on (my first time). While the Technician did stop in to restart the light, he did not look at damage that was being done. The gave me half off the treatment but that is not enough.

I was contacted by We Whiten via TikTok to become an ambassador. I was informed, I’d pay 99 dollars for a 90 minute treatment vs the 250 dollars. I agreed to the procedure. The service was great but when it came to paying I was told my total was 600 plus dollars. I was confused, and was explained that I had to do a monthly plan for me to get the price of 99 dollars. I explained I didn’t have the 600 up front and the rep said that’s ok I can sign up with a monthly plan with them. I agreed, and was conned to getting an affirm plan for the amount of 654.00 dollars paid out to We Whiten!! (I thought the plan was under them not Affirm!) I didn’t even know what affirm was until I left and started receiving several emails about the payment plan. When asked for a receipt I was told I’d receive one via email. I never received one. He gave me several teeth products and never told me the price. It was over 140.00 dollars of products. My fault for being negligent and trusting them to explain the process properly! It was never explained or communicated!! I contacted them via email and it’s like pulling teeth getting help! Avoid this business at ALL cost!! I am very disappointed in we whiten. I scheduled a 90 min session to try getting my teeth whitened for the first time. The process itself was not bad, a little uncomfortable at times but virtually painless. The discomfort came later in the day. When it came time to pay, I was scammed into a treatment plan. I tried multiple times to decline and told Ishan I only wanted this one treatment. He kept pushing me with different options up too and including a payment plan through Afirm. I got so annoyed and just left and decided to contact customer service who then told me after 3 days of emails, that I would have to go through a full month of billing. This place is a scam. A couple hours after my treatment my teeth felt like they were going to fall out of my head.
