I had not been to Acacia Dental since Dr. Matthews retired. When i called & checked in Aaliyah was so upbeat & ready to help. Dr. Crawford was thorough & made a broken tooth repair as much fun as that could be with a great sense of humor! He & his assistant, Donna were very detailed & took their time making it right. This family owned office will definitely be my go to for future needs!

I have received the best care here over the past few years. Recently, I needed to have an cleaning and extraction before another medical procedure could take place. After speaking with Donna, the office manager, we determined that Dr. Crawford could see me next day.

My cleaning went well the following day and I was scheduled to come back in the afternoon for an extraction. I was thrilled I could be accommodated and not have to wait weeks to be seen. What great service!

Makayla did my cleaning and was oh so thorough and extremely professional. She was easy to chat with. Dr. Crawford is my new hero! He listened and is very caring. My extraction took only a few minutes and Dr. Crawford was very gentle.

I highly recommend this office. Great service, great staff. Kudos to all!

I had been coming here for over a decade and had been very happy with the service provided prior to the ownership changing. I had never had a single cavity, gum issues or any other dental concerns. I came in to a new dentist and hygienist which was fine but suddenly I had all of these issues - unhealthy gums, heavy plaque, early signs of tooth decay and that now I needed to come in every 3 months instead of every six. Then the next time I was in suddenly I needed deep cleanings every 3 months not just standard cleanings. They started ordering all sorts of work and I felt like I needed a second and third opinion since the prior dentist and hygienist had nothing but glowing things to say about my teeth. After going to two separate dentists and hearing from both that I had spectacularly healthy gums and teeth my suspicions that they were trying to get extra bookings and revenue from unneeded procedures seemed very likely. I will no longer be going here and encourage anyone feeling doubtful of recommended work to get a second opinion elsewhere.

Dr Crawford and assistant Alexis were wonder. Professional yet personal. Efficient yet took time to explain everything they were doing and answered my questions. Sounds strange I know to say I had a good time at the dentist office, but I did. And Donna was the bookends of my visit. Cheerful welcome and check in and then the same checking out. I just left a dentist office after 15 years due to change in location. I think I have found a new home. Highly recommend.

Great experience from start to finish - easy to schedule an appointment, friendly front desk staff, took me in immediately, great hygienist and dentist. Did great work and explained everything to me in an easy to understand manner, allowing me to make the decisions I felt most comfortable with from a treatment perspective. ATTENTION!!! First off, no one wants to start vacation with a broken tooth! HOWEVER, I could have never expected to find the best dentist and office staff in Arizona! Being from out of state(Illinois), I was amazed that such a great dentist was able to fit me in the same day! Dr. Crawford and his staff Donna , Heather, Valette, and Aaliyah were so professional and caring. I wish I could move them to Illinois to be my full-time dental office!! No words or Thank you could ever be enough to let me enjoy the rest of my vacation pain-free!! So if you're looking for a dentist, look no farther!!! It's Dr. Crawford n his staff at 7517 S.
