In March of last year, I underwent a successful wisdom tooth extraction at Spectrum. The procedure itself was completed without any complications, and the staff was commendable for their professionalism during my visit. However, my post-procedural experience has been marred by persistent billing issues. Several months after the operation, I received an invoice that not only listed an incorrect name but also included charges that I had previously settled in full. Despite numerous attempts to contact the billing department over the past few months, my concerns have not been addressed, nor have I received any callbacks. Repeated assurances from the office staff that the billing delays would not affect my credit have been contradicted by a recent 'final warning' notice. This lack of resolution and communication has been disappointing and concerning.

Dr Carlotti is the best there is - or should I say he and his staff (especially his nurse Kelly) are the best there is! He takes A LOT of time explaining your procedure to you - and even will draw pictures to help you sort of see what he’s going to do. He is extremely thorough, and very patient with any questions that you may have. He’s the most professional and personable doctor that I’ve ever had - and that’s saying something! His staff are wonderful, compassionate and very helpful. Do yourself a favor and at least make an appointment to talk with him if you want or need any type of surgery that he offers. You’ll be glad that you did!

Dr. Haralson was great, which is way I did not leave a one star review. The office staff's lack of customer service and care this is why I would suggest people to look else where. I have been contacting them since March of this year to see when I should expect a my insurance claim to have been submitted and I could be reimbursed since we were told to pay fully upfront. I have called at least two times per month for 5 months and three office visits and to this day have not received a call back or any communication. My in office visits the office manager would not come talk to me, but had another office staff member be the go between.

While waiting for my adult son to have his wisdom teeth removed this morning, I hear one of the front office staff discussing my son's protected medical history with others in the office loud enough to be heard by me in the lobby/waiting area.
I was unable to speak with the doctor today regarding his staff members unprofessional behavior. Will speak with the doctor at my son's follow-up appointment.

Writing this as I’m laying in bed after wisdom teeth removal surgery. I have extreme surgery anxiety as I had never had any but Dr. Haralsons team of nursss and office staff was TOP NOTCH.
Actually while I was writing this review they gave me a call to check up on me and see how I’m doing post surgery.

I think the highest compliment I can give to anywhere is saying that if my parents or any friends of mine need to have surgery I would send them to Dr Haralson. Their team was very understanding as I asked a million questions and they were very patient and kind and Dr Haralsons knowledge is BAR NONW he knows what he’s talking about and he knows what he’s doing and during the surgery he walks in with music on and he was calm, cool and collected and that helped my anxiety a ton because seeing how calm he was I believed I truly am in the best hands. I am also very critical if you look at my profile I’m pretty sure I only review for businesses that suck and I hate but Dr Haralson and his whole team was so professional, kind and awesome that I needed to write them a review.

Dr. Benson made getting my wisdom teeth removed so easy! I was terrified to finally go through with this, but he was straight-forward and confident. I have no memory of my procedure, and pain is minimal so far. He called to check up and ask if I had any questions that evening too which was a nice touch !

EDIT:
Went in for my follow up today and I had to bring my 2 year old. She was crying and they were so sweet to give her a freezer pop that kept her happy until my appointment was over! Really appreciate them!

You won't believe your eyes! Or should I say, my eyes?! I'm 12 weeks post-blepharoplasty and my results are beautiful! Dr. Haralson is an amazing surgeon and wonderful doctor who’s truly given me a new “outlook” on life!
From my consultation through post-op visits, every interaction has been outstanding! He is an extremely talented, caring professional who is genuinely invested in his patients.
I approached my 55th birthday kicking and screaming my way into mid-life realities of wrinkles and crinkles. I wanted to improve my appearance subtly-not become unrecognizable or have it be terribly obvious that I was trying to morph my face back into my 25-year-old former self! I’ve tried dozens of cosmetics and lotions but even the best products have their limits. (Many have gone to the great Bathroom-Drawer-Graveyard, where I keep overrated bottles of promises that I can’t bear to throw away because I paid too much or bought the wrong type). Regardless, I was still reluctant to take my little insecurity to the surgical level. I've never even had a cavity filled before this procedure!
But, after meeting Dr. Haralson and his assistant Kim, (who is the real gem of his office and operating room, btw), his reassurance eased my fears and I was very impressed with his expertise, his detailed explanations of the procedure and especially his attention towards my case.
I highly recommend Dr. Haralson and the entire staff at Spectrum Surgical Arts! I couldn’t be more delighted with my results! This was a Five-Star experience and the best decision I ever made-55 never looked so good! Laura G
