Melissa Tucker, with her company AZ Dental Temping, is on top of her game!!
With technical excellence, common sense, respect, and fearlessness as her trademarks, she has been an integral part of our practice for years, working personally, and bringing others to help the practice grow!

I first met Melissa, with AZ Dental Temping in January 2022 after my relocation from San Diego. She helped place me as a Temp RDH in many great locations. As a newcomer to the area she provided a lot of positive opportunities to meet and work for a variety of dental practices here in Tucson. She then negotiated my current contract for a full time position in October 2023. She made the transition from Temp to permanent position so easy for me by taking on all the stress that the new position process can bring. She is extremely detailed-oriented, professional and had my best interest as the priority. She succeeded in getting me top pay, great benefits, my preferred hours along with a significant sign on bonus.
