I was really impressed with my experience here. I had to have surgery and the entire team made me feel very seen and safe. I didn't feel like a number because each person from the front desk and registration staff to the post-op nurse took the time to hear my concerns and be personable. Surgery can be very scary, which can make the pain worse. I felt taken care of and safe, and feel that my recovery is improved by the care I received. Special shout out to my pre-op nurse, Sherri, who was especially warm and helpful!

I highly recommend this surgery center. I had hand surgery. The admitting staff was very nice. The intake nurse was very professional and nice. The surgery nurse the same. What I saw during the wait and surgery time were people DOING THEIR jobs. Everyone seemed to be nice. If you go with a grumpy attitude then that's on you. So clean and ready for anything. I highly recommend.

The morning of my procedure there was a huge mix up with insurance coverage; after paying out of pocket and being assured insurance would cover the remaining costs at that facility, I agreed to proceed with my surgery. Otherwise I would have rescheduled at another facility in spite of being in extreme pain.

Then comes the surprise bill months later courtesy of an overly aggressive collection agent who I’ve had to report to the Attorney Generals Office. I went to the Surgery Center and spoke with a very nice lady who thought this was a simple mix up and gave me the number of a manager in their billing dept. I made a good faith payment for the balance which they supposedly cancelled and returned (credit card doesn’t reflect that though). According to the billing department, it’s out of their hands.

Look at the reviews, this is not an isolated case. It is very sad they treat patients this way.

My pre op nurse, Crystal was amazing!! Everyone there was great but she was just amazingly nice, caring and just plain great. My after surgery nurse was also great but with me just coming out of anesthesia, I can’t really remember her much. It’s just an all around great place to go!

Although there was a bump on preregistration, it was addressed effectively and I’m confident I was heard. Nursing staff was incredible and Dr Schilling went above and beyond and is a rockstar in my opinion. Facility super nice with professional staff. Would highly recommend

The entire staff was amazing, and I had felt very comfortable with Dr. Bourne. I wish I could remember the names of all of my nurses and everyone who helped because they were all outstanding. Thank you!

I had my carpal tunnel release surgery here last month and wanted to commend the center and wonderful staff for a great experience. They are caring and nice people! The nurses, Bertha and Kathleen, took good care of me. They are very sweet and loving, I can feel that they love what they're doing. My surgeon Dr. Beer is amazing! He did a great job and I am recovering beyond what I expected. Same with my anesthesiologist, Dr. Sherma (not too sure), I had the best sleep, though short, in years! I really felt taken care of and was so happy with my experience with them.

My experience was great! From the first person I saw, to the last person. It's a great facility. Everyone was great, they were very nice and professional. They made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. I wish I could remember everyone's name.
