This was my first time going to the dentist in some years and I couldn't be happier with my experience at Ideal Dental. Everyone at the office was very friendly. From the staff at the front desk, the hygienist, Dr. Williams and his assistant, all treated me with respect and care. There was no long wait period to be seen and all the work they did was quick and efficient. I'd highly recommend this office to anyone needing dental work done or anyone looking for a new dentist office. Thank you to everyone at Ideal Dental for giving me my confidence back with getting routine cleanings.

Caution to those looking for honest dental care: look elsewhere. They did a routine cleaning and exam and indicated that I had multiple cavities and required crowns, then gave me an incredibly high quote. I went to another dentist and she stated that all of things were false and while there were some areas of concern, I didn't need procedures at this time. A few weeks go by and I receive a bill for what my insurance wouldn't cover. I've been getting dental work done for over 25 years and have never been billed for routine cleaning and exam! This place just wants your money... Stay away

I had a great dental visit and I am nervous when it comes to dentist. I needed a crown. Dr Ruiz and was compassionate and made sure I was in no pain. Her assistant was skillful and answered all my questions. I was put at ease the moment I walked in the door. They worked together as a good team. I even recommend that my husband go see them. I was there November 14 2023

Went in for the first time today for a dental cleaning and let me tell you, great experience from the start. Seemed like the staff got nicer and nicer with every one that I met. Personable, professional and welcoming. Detailed exam, answering all questions with sincerity and patience. Not recommending anything you don’t need and getting the job done right. Great people. Highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Looking forward to coming back!

Dr.Willams and Dr Ruiz are very patient and understanding and always answer your questions that you might have. They both strive on keeping their patient smiling an educated on how important it is to keep your teeth cleaned and healthy
Front office is always great customer service. All the hygienists are very kind and understanding.
I've been going to ideal dental of Tucson for years and I plan on always going there. I will always recommend this place to everyone.
