I had an issue with severe arthritis in my left hip. 1 wwk prior, Diana was great with my EKG and answering questions about the procedure. The day of the surgury, I hobbled in at 9am and walked out at 3pm! Dr Petrow, was great! Julia and Savannah were wonderful assisting prior to and afterwards. At 4 weeks post op, all is great. Thanks for all you do and Merry Christmas!

Their Mako robot broke during my knee surgery, so they had to repeat the surgery a week later. In addition to losing an extra week of work, this meant I couldn't get a full dose of the nerve block, so I woke up in great pain. Then they had the gall to bill me an extra $800 seven months later. The nurses were awesome, so it bums me out to share this review. But you deserve to know.

Not knowing what to expect heading for a full knee replacement, I was more than pleasantly surprised. Great facility, professional staff and a positive experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Just had knee surgery there today. I'm extremely nervous about being put to sleep so any surgery is very serious. This is the best staff I ever had the pleasure to provide me service. From entering the door and interacting with the lady at the front desk, to the nurses and techs on staff. Those ladies made me feel very comfortable during the entire time I was conscious and then after waking up to be wheeled out the door by the male nurse doing my discharge. I truly felt cared for every step of the surgery process. Highly recommend this team of professionals.

Just had knee surgery, and the incredibly professional and compassionate staff not only made this surgery novice comfortable, but also explained processes thoroughly in an environment with a sense of humor where they obviously enjoy working together and have each other’s backs. Even as an out-patient facility, I never felt like they were rushing me out of an assembly line.

Excellent surgical service provider, but they aren't thorough in disclosing patient out-of-pocket expenses. Came back later to ask for an additional $900 for items they knew were integral components of a hip procedure that were left off pre-op estimates and not covered by the $thousands I paid prior to surgery.

The staff was nice but I got a massive infection from this place which led to multiple hospital stays, multiple surgeries and months of antibiotic treatment. Also, no website No way to make payments unless you talk to them personally? Should have a patient portal to provide patient info, billing, ect.

I had rotator cuff surgery done by Dr. Thompson in July '20. This is a very nice, modern, and clean facility and the staff was great.
