I was nervous about getting surgery but the whole team from check in at the front desk, to my prep/recovery nurses, the surgical nurse, and doctors I saw were so nice! Every provider here said hello, asked me if I needed anything, and asked if I had any questions. It was a fast and easy process and I felt very welcomed from the nurses Nicole and Beth, to my anesthesiologist Dr. Escalante, and to Dr. David Hu who performed my surgery today and made the process so seamless. I just wanted to give a huge thanks to the team and I definitely recommend coming here!

I just wanted to let you know that for being my first time having surgery it was totally the opposite of what I perceived. I just didn’t know what to expect. I was ignorant and new to all this, (even though most of my family members and friends have been through surgery at least once and told me about their experience). My wait time for check in and preop was very minimal, painless, polite and nice. All of my questions were answered as well. The whole experience was totally painless. The nurses and doctors that took care of me couldn’t have been more nice and helpful throughout this new experience. This whole facility was so clean and well organized. I totally found the postings on the walls in my room very informative. They educated me on why the room temperature is kept low and the other informed me about anesthesia. I did get to see firsthand that there were numerous children there and I loved how the nurses treated them so kindly. Thank you all immensely for everything.

I had a very disappointing experience with Melissa Tovar. She was extremely rude and impatient when we asked questions about a payment we were unaware we needed to make. She abruptly got up and said she wasn’t going to help us just because we were trying to understand the charges. Her behavior was highly unprofessional, and I would advise management to reconsider placing someone in a customer service position who clearly cannot handle simple questions. This kind of service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment.

It was my first surgery ever and everybody was such a saint and so sweet to me. Each nurse and faculty member was so helpful and informative in helping me get over my fears an anxieties. Thank you so much to doctor Blume for the incredible help. This tonsillectomy is going to change my life and this facility made it absolutely so worth it.

DO NOT GET YOUR SURGERY AT THIS FACILITY!! They did not go over payment info before my surgery and I got a huge bill in the mail later. They charged a ridiculous amount for a 30 minute procedure and wanted a ridiculous amount monthly and wouldn’t work with me on payments. I will never come here again and highly recommend you use a different surgery center so you don’t have to endure the ridiculousness I have been dealing with.

My son has had surgery here a couple years back and now I had surgery yesterday, all staff were nice, friendly and patient.
Yes, it is expensive and would be better if we knew maybe 2 weeks before (cost due upfront) but I also work in the medical field and know we wait almost last minute so that the patient and their billing information is as accurate as can be. I will say that their payment plans are not the greatest. Half upfront and the other half in 2 payments … still is very pricey. I appreciate all the help.

They are unable to provide Good Faith Estimates of coded surgical procedures any further out than 1 week from your appointment because in the words of their staff, "they are understaffed". So you wait 6-10 weeks for your appointment only to find out the real cost within days of the appointment. Seems like they are purposely not funding their staff needs to support their capacity for appointment and therefore creating a hostile customer experience that forces people to make last minute decisions after they've waited months for an appointment. I'm sure their executive compensation packages are amply funded, however...as long as you people keep holding your appointments that they feel no responsibility to advance notify the cost of.
