I am one of those people who has a legit phobia of the dentist. Everyone I met from front to back was awesome during my consultation. The lady at the front whose name I have forgotten or did not get (sorry!) was probably the nicest receptionist I have ever dealt with. She was also on top of her game when going over the billing. Hector the hygienist did a fantastic job with hearing and understanding my issues and being very patient with me. And finally Dr. Chen was also excellent. Very patient and put together a plan that addresses all my needs. Best part, pricing was very reasonable. I have nothing but praise. If you are like me and not just hate going to the dentist, but legitimately fear it, don't let your fear control you. Go here and they will take care of you.

Casas Adobe has amazing doctors and staff. they are caring, considerate, and check with you every step of the way to make sure that you are comfortable and things are going well for you. They are not just dentist their artists. I am in the process now of having my teeth straightened and it was a great experience. they explained everything to me showed me how to use the braces, and how to care for my teeth. This is the only dentist office I will ever use amazing job.

Dr Chin and his staff is amazing! They are professional yet personable, don't pressure or guilt you into procedures, and truly care about their patients' dental health. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality, caring, helpful dental practice. (And my kids see his wife, Dr Hollen, at Kids Southwest Dentistry, also a top notch practice!)

From the original response to my inquiry, to my walking through the door, Casas Adobes dental was clearly a place of professionals. They recognized who I was from the electronic sign in of forms prior to the appointment. Unfortunately , I can't recall the dental assistants name who educated me on all that they could do for me but she was very good. I've been doing very thorough research on all of the procedures available, key points to discuss etc. She touched on all of those and elaborated on all of the special procedures that only they provide ...
Dr.Chin was very busy but took his time to explain further the custom touches that he would do for me and how he had designed some very important features exclusive to the implants that we concluded were best for me. I haven't confirmed with them yet as I am still getting my end of the deal together but Dr.Chin and Casas Adobes dental will be the ones getting my business, I strongly suggest anyone looking for dental work goes there before doing it anywhere else. I've seen a lot of the "best ones" in town and they are not.... Casas Adobes is.....!

I have been a patient of Casas Adobes Dentistry for @ one year& eight months. I had experienced severe trama from a car accident many years ago which caused serious dental issues. I would grow
anxious at the thought of having any major dental procedures.
Finally, I decided to overcome my fears and I chose Casas Adobes Dentistry based on the reviews of Dr.Christopher Chen
which I read after moving to Tucson.
I am so very impressed by the friendly and professional staff.
I never once felt discomfort or judgment about the condition
of my teeth. In fact, each visit gave me more and more assurance that my choice was the right one.
In fact it is important to me to acknowledge the kindness each
staff member has shown me. Leah is always patient with my
questions and arranging my appointments.So upbeat ! and
kind.The atmosphere there reflects the tone she sets.
I wish to acknowledge Dr.Chen's Excellence and patience.
One person, probably because of the nature of her work,
I am very impressed with is Camy Hernandez, RDH., my
dental hygienist. I've had 3 appointments with her and she is
so aware of my comfort level and kind and very patient with me.
I sincerely hope that Dr.Chen realizes what an asset Camy is to
his Practice.She sincerely cares and offers excellent advice.Has a natural ability to be able to provide excellent care, with a sense
of humor and friendly nature.

I’ve been going to Dr. Chin for years, however long he’s been at Casas Adobes Dentistry. He’s the kindest, and most competent, dentist I’ve ever had. Even when it’s the end of the day, he makes time to take care of his patients medical needs. In general, I don’t leave reviews, but Dr. Chin has more than earned this one.

I'm impressed. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Alana actually looked up an answer to a question I had asked because she wanted to ensure i was receiving 100% accurate information. The doctor treated me like I was the only patient when he came in to discuss things with me. I was allowed to ask questions without being talked over, and he actually provided me different options to help me make the be est decision I could to invest in my dental to needs. He didn't try to push the most expensive, he didn't try to push at all, as a matter of fact he suggested keeping teeth when others said the teeth could only be pulled out. I'm very happy with this place, I'm going to continue seeing them.

THIS IS PREDATORY PRACTICE!!! BEWARE!!! I visited the office to have my tooth extracted. I was quoted $350 out of pocket. Wait wait wait. Before that. I work for Defense Contractor and have best dental insurance you can get and office workers checked my insurance and said that it’s the only insurance this office accepts and assured me that the rest of the bill is covered by insurance. GREAT!!! Lets do it. Then on the next visit to install crowns they suddenly informed me that insurance did not cover everything and now its my responsibility to cover another $3500. Wait wait wait. You want me to pay $3850 out of pocket to have ONE TOOTH EXTRACTED? If you would have told me that upfront, I would have never agree to pay $4000 to have one tooth extracted out. Furthermore, I overpaid for installing 2 crowns and was due a refund, because insurance covered more than office expected. And instead of issuing a refund to me, office decided to put that money towards the balance for tooth extraction. I never authorized that and never signed any paper saying that I am ok to use refund for crowns towards balance for other procedures. Doctor Patel that was working on my tooth extraction and crowns have left the practice and even more reason to never revisit this PREDATORY practice. Now they are sending me to a collection which I am happy to fight off.
