My experience with Lifetime Cosmetic Dentistry has so far been the absolute best I’ve ever had with a dentist. So kind, professional and they gave me treatment options that with others were not options. I begin my treatment plan next week… I’ll be back once all is done to complete my review! Super excited after my appointment this morning!

This is my first visit... so we will see, BUT so far, I'm really happy. I was expecting the usual evaluation followed by "Your insurance will cover this, and you will need to pay $X amount of dollars now." I also was expecting them to tell me I needed a deep cleaning. Nope. Called and the person who scheduled me: friendly. Front desk: friendly. Hygienist: empathic. Dentist: nice/helpful. I have UHC, and all I paid was $27 for the fluoride. So unless I get an unexpected bill, everything went pleasantly well.

Can’t give these wonderful people 10 stars or I would. Dr. Kim and Dr. Austin have a wonderful staff that make you feel special. I was a new patient, 62, and have never had a better dental experience. Give them a try. You’ll be so glad you did.

Another amazing appointment with Lifetime Cosmetic Dentistry. What an incredible staff, who are always SO attentive to the needs of their patients. Prior to this appointment, there was an issue with my dental insurance carrier. The staff took charge and worked through the issue until all of the problems were resolved. This staff is simply amazing!!

Beware! Dentist is decent however staff is terrible. My appointment was scheduled for a cleaning and chipped tooth repair - which Dr Sonya Adam’s repaired initially. I arrived 10 minutes late (cut off is 15 minutes per staff) and they took me back immediately for the cleaning. When I mentioned that the chip tooth was supposed to be fixed today as well. The hygienist looked at me like I was crazy and went to speak to the front desk staff. I followed her up there and told the receptionist that the priority was fixing the chipped front tooth that the dentist previously fixed. They told me that I had to get my teeth cleaned first and the time is scheduled after that to fix the chip tooth. They informed me that the cleaning will take too long and the dentist wouldn’t be able to fix the tooth so I told her let’s just do the tooth repair only and I can come back later for a cleaning. Then the story changed to there wasn’t time to fix the tooth even though they just told me that was what was scheduled after the cleaning. Then they wanted me to pay a $35 fee Because I wanted to fix my tooth instead of a cleaning for a “missed appointment“ LOL. Even though I was there for services. This tells me that there was no plan of even fixing my tooth because why are they saying I missed an appointment when I’m sitting there in front of them or, as usual, the staff if being a “B” again. SCAMMY to say the least. Honestly, I’ve been dealing with the one rude, obnoxious, pitiful person at the front desk for several years, but this was the final straw. Good luck to Dr. Adams and her endeavor to keeping her patients! Terrible customer service.
