I started off by taking 2 of the 1 day classes. The instructor, Ericka Chavez, was so dynamic and knowledgeable that I signed up for the 6 month course. I learned so much that after my externship, the very large corporate office that they placed me at actually created a position for me. This was just a couple years ago and I'm in management now. I recommend them to everyone. Ericka is still a huge support to me every time I have an issue. Great school!

I attended DCC back in 2014, looking to grow in my dental career. I was an RDA then and thanks to Erika I'm currently a treatment coordinating/biller. By far one of the best choices I could of done. The school offered a payment plan, instructor extremely knowledgeable, job placement. I attended courses such as Treatment Coordinator day class, Billing and Coding 3 months course, Resume workshop. I've also attended a couple of her seminars. A lot of the things i learned from the courses/seminars I've tooken and implemented at my office which has increase production and collections. You must walk in having an open mind there's so much I learn having had 9 yrs experience. Taking the courses is getting your foot in the door you also have to want to learn, take with you the knowledge she brings and shares, and you have to be filling to except change. Dentistry continues to grow and I feel we should too. Ericka has a lot to offer, whether your looking into growing, or just mastering and becoming a better front or back office staff. You have nothing to loose, just go for it =)

I attended DCC almost 5 years ago and have to say with the most honesty that this was the best decision I ever made for my life. I was lucky to have met Ericka and to have been mentored by her. For almost 5 years I have looked up to her. I am confident that the reason why I was able to manage offices right out of school was because of her guidance and expertise in the dental field. I opened a brand new start up practice a month after finishing school, and 3 years later opened another brand new practice with another doctor, and now have the luxury of working part time with my 3rd practice while still making the money I need to help raise my children. I was/am acting manager at all 3 of my practices. If you really love customer service, and the dental field you cannot go wrong in this industry. It is hard work, detail oriented work and tedious work at times so if you love to keep busy and love challenges- start off the right way and take the front office courses offered at DCC. You will put yourself in a position of top priority when applying for dental offices!

I really appriciatiate DCC for showing me and teaching me how to run a Dental office. I went to this school to get my business diploma in Dentistry, I learned Treatment Coordination, Dental billing and Coding, Marketing, Advertizing, Dentrix software, etc. Ericka Chavez is so knowledgeable in this industry and she show us true scenarios inside a dental office. When I started taking this 6 month course, I went to a 1 day workshop seminar because I wanted to get in the Dentistry arena, but I didn't have any knowledge in this field, but I was happy taking the 1 day class and from there I took the 6 month class, and now I am knowledgble for the front office. I will recommend my friends and family that want to get in the business aspect of Dentistry to go to Dental Career College, thank you so much for being part of my life!

This is a wonderful school I graduated from Dental Career College almost 5 years ago and I have no regrets this was one of the best decisions I made for my career ! Erica is the best teacher! Not only does she work one on one with you but she cares about her students, she will go the extra mile for them. I came to her classes a little over 6yrs ago and since then I have been in the dental field. I know if I ever need help she is there. Thank you Erica!

Very helpful event I really enjoyed this experience! Erika was a great speaker and was very knowledgeable. She covered a lot of information and answered all questions with out hesitation. I strongly recommend this event to every dental office out there.
