long wait times. no point in an appointment because theyre always behind. ive gone the past several times and ive waited two hours and more. multiple patients have had the same issue and theyre upset too because the receptionists nor the managers dont care and DO NOT tell the patients its more than an hour wait. So this is the worst, unprofessional, unorganized dentist office ive been to ‼️‼️Hopefully everyone who experienced this same thing complains to the insurance about this horrible place.

I have loved my experience here. My son had great success and outcome of his braces. The staff is polite and helpful and the office is clean and efficient. His experience was great, so I (mom) decided to go ahead and get braces as well.

I brought my mom in law,76 in this clinic from the check in very accomodating, dental assistants are so amazing they were very understanding and make sure you understand and be ready for the procedure. Her blood pressure went up they took time to relax her and gave her water and check again. she has molar extraction last thursday and the dentist was so gentle and did it very quick she knew exactly what she is doing.I can say the team is superb! Good Job!!

Love Dr. Motakef and all his staff! Myself and three of my children have gotten braces and I am beyond pleased with the outcome and customer service. Front staff is so kind! They make the experience even better!

They are like family yes sometimes they get on your nerves, and yes sometimes they are having a bad day don't we all. They have a mama bear manger with a heart. All of us at one time or another go through things but they got the job done unlike some other places. So thank you from a very strict person.

Dentist was great! The assistants left A LOT to be desired! There is too much to mention, but they really need to get it together! Front office is VERY unorganized and just a mess. I'm not sure if they communicate with each other because I have been called three times for the same reason! A thorough cleaning wouldn't hurt in the waiting room either! The Dentist deserves 4-5 stars, however I am rating the whole office experience!

Great Dentist, friendly front office, and great staff! Three years ago my daughter was referred to this dental place. I also work in a dental office by the way. Due to my daughter's behavior the general dentist couldn't do anything on her, not even a simple cleaning. I have no complaints about this office.. Dr. Seran is great, the front office always smiles and make people feel comfortable and welcome, she also makes sure that the children are treated well even when they are in the treatment room. My girl needed a TX to be done her front teeth were with lots of decay but my insurance covers only 80%. The way this girl in the front explained the treatment plan was great and clear. Obviously to avoid problems we always make lots of questions. She offer ways of payments, which is great. Everyone here is doing a good job. After exam was done and tx plan ready, the front office made us wait like ten minutes while she made a call and we got a good discount. She helped me with a Care Credit application as well. Now my twins are patients of happy dental land too. Great team! well organized staff. The new doctors are amazing too. Good experience after all. 🙂 *
