I have seen Dr Schoen and Dr Seelinger both. I really like them both. I have seen them in Little Rock and Bryant . Their staff are the best . They are kind considerate and all very knowledgeable and professional. I’m a retired Dental Assistant . I really appreciate the work they have done for me. They did dental implants. Having more work done this October. Thank you for taking good care of me.

I had an upper molar extraction, it was abscessed. I cannot say enough about how professional, kind and caring the entire staff was. Everything was explained in detail from why it had to be extracted, the procedure of taking it out, to the cost, after care, etc. My medication prescriptions were given to me ahead of time so I didn't have that to worry with after surgery. The day before surgery I received a phone call telling me what to and no do, which was amazing! They didn't just send me home with a piece of paper! The day of surgery everything was exactly like they told me it would be! The staff walked with me to the different rooms. They answered every question I had. I actually felt cared for! This staff is just amazing! Dr Seelinger called me at home several hours after surgery to check on my recovery! The actual surgeon called me!!!!
Thank you to the entire staff so very much for just being so compassionate, caring and kind. You guys are making a difference!

I was quoted $300 total to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. The procedure itself, the visit, all of that went great. After the procedure, I ended up only paying $200! Excellent!

Then a few days went by and I recieved a text with a bill for an ADDITIONAL $400. Turns out the top shelf plan from Delta Dental doesn't cover anesthesia for ALL FOR WISDOM TEETH BEING REMOVED. Sounds weird, right? That's because they do.

The office themselves has decided it was "unneccesary" and therefore it magically isn't covered. My insurance insists they can simply change the codes around and I'll magically not have to pay anything extra. The office has decided to ignore me after offering a "payment plan." I was repeatedly assured BY THE OFFICE that it was covered and I would pay $400 MAX. I was straight up lied to. I'd have been happy to even pay the $400 but instead I'm being ignored and treated like a nuisance.

Fine, I'll be a nuisance. You guys suck. You're cowardly liars. Go ahead and send my bill to collection so I can not pay it anyway. Losers.

Dr. Schoen took care of my niece that lives with me. He removed her wisdom teeth with no problems whatsoever. It was a great experience from the very first visit. My niece has pretty high anxiety with the dentist, but Travis got her in and took her X-ray, Dr. Schoen came up with a treatment plan and went over everything and explained things in detail. He took his time to make her feel comfortable. The front office staff was kind and welcoming, and the insurance was filed and we had no problems at all. I highly recommend Dr. Schoen and his office!

Our daughter had her wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Payton Seelinger. It took 10 days for swelling to subside. She has pockets in her gums after a month. We have two insurance companies to cover the procedure but after five weeks we are still waiting for the claim to be received and processed. The office manager told me they do not file electronically and only via US mail therefore we wait and hope they receive the claim! This has been frustrating experience for us. We should have stayed with our son's oral surgeon unfortunately he was booked and our daughter had to get this surgery done asap.

Called my insurance company and they recommended Dr. Seelinger for oral surgery for me. I made an appt last week for surgery consultation. I was told it would be $109 and I came ready. I told the receptionist what insurance I had and that my insurance recommended them.

This office never mentioned they didn’t take my insurance until I arrived for my scheduled appt a week today. I was told they wouldn’t see me, even after I offered to pay cash! I was told that the scheduler, Amber, made a mistake!

They couldn’t give me an estimate of the cost to have a rear back tooth that needs to be removed asap. I told them I could pay cash but I was very upset after being told they wouldn’t see me.

Due to health conditions I’m not in great shape. Because of this issue my Blood pressure and blood sugar are unmanageable. I hope I can find another surgeon soon! I know this is extremely dangerous and life threatening!

I told the office manager how I was treated, the receptionist had a really foul attitude and was very rude. Even threw a pen! The office manager assured me that Shay was always pleasant. Not today she wasn’t!! This clinic needs to step it up. Do medical professionals not call and verify insurance? Who doesn’t accept cash for service? I desperately asked to pay cash and they still wouldn’t see me. Go somewhere else! I did.
