I highly recommend this office! My twins feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. Every step was explained and their comfort was taken into great consideration. Every single team member was so kind and answered every question thoroughly. It made my mommy heart so happy that they aren’t afraid to go, and actually look forward to it!

So far so good! Our daughter just got braces on yesterday. This is her second treatment, (first treatment was in a different state), she was not looking forward to it at all. Thankfully, the staff at NW Ortho is SUPER kind and patient; they made sure my girl was comfortable the whole time! On top of that, we have a funky schedule but they are super flexible and work with me so that we still get the best service without interfering with a long distance parenting plan. They even gave her a care package that included soft foods for her first day - Above and Beyond. ?

I am so happy with NW Orthodontics! I scheduled a consult for my oldest on a Tuesday, and he got his braces on Thursday.
They were so good with him. From the very first meeting, my son has now decided he may want to be an orthodontist.
Staff is great! Personable! It's a whole experience and a great one!

My son has had his braces for 2 1/2 years. Getting them off today. Initially he was apprehensive about the whole thing, but the doctor and hygienists have been great to work with, caring and careful. If a wire broke it was never a problem for him to come it and get it fixed. They were just super helpful, customer centric, and gave excellent overall orthodontic care. We will be coming back to for my daughter’s braces when it’s time for her.

Highly recommend! Literally the best service since I reached out to Mabely! She was so sweet and prompt with answering my questions and helped me get an appointment so quickly! Crysta is so friendly on the phone every time we speak, Sabrina helped me feel comfortable with the consultation process as I was so nervous! Mariela and Dr Trieu were amazing at keeping me entertained and at ease while getting my braces put on. Since I stepped in the doors on day one I’ve been treated like family by everyone. You truly cannot beat their customer service! The interior is full of plants and so beautiful which is also a perk while you wait. <3

I would not recommend Dr Gray. I went in for three different appointments to get started with Invisalign. During each appointment the staff and Dr Gray encouraged me to ask questions. They said it so many times it was to the point of being annoying. I asked my questions. I asked to see a virtual example of the treatment on line. I asked if I would have rubber bands. How long the treatment would take. If the Invisalign would loosen my crowns. I asked what would happen if I became allergic to Invisalign (acrylic). Dr Gray personally attacked me for asking questions. He told me they were pointed questions and that I had a strong personality. So, if you have intelligent questions and are a woman that means you are difficult. Women stay in your place at Northwest Orthodontics.

Northwest Orthodontics gave me a great experience with braces!! They have super sweet staff that work in a very timely manner to get everyone in and out quickly. They continuously kept me in the loop with how my treatment was going and always were more than happy to answer my million and one questions every appointment. My smile turned out completely perfect and their entire team did an excellent job!!!
