If i was only rating Dr. Beavers, this would be a 5 start review.
Unfortunately, you have to deal with other office staff to see the dentist.

Since Miss Crystals departure from the office things have been a mess. We have had many issues with appointments, insurance charges and paperwork. My whole family has went to this office for just over 2 years and today i had to say no more!

I took off work for my son an appointment that we set up about a month ago. At that time I provided the new lady copies of the kids insurance card for the 3rd time. I have also texted as well after that.

Today when we get there they tried to collect a $400+ payment for services. I then proceed to inquire the insurance and she says BCBS, this is NOT their insurance. This makes 3 times, and are trying to bill the incorrect insurance again!!

If you want a good dentist he is GREAT. If you want your bill and insurance handled correctly and to be able to trust the amount due, I would find somewhere else. Apologies only go so far.

Absolutely the best and most caring dentist I have ever been to. Not even is he wonderful but his staff is beyond compare. I am VERY anxious and have a deep fear of going to the dentist and they do everything they can to put me at ease. Incredibly thankful I found them and will not be changing my dentist anytime soon!
