I once had a tooth extracted there, it was a long procedure and expensive, then I asked to have my tooth extracted because they didn't even want to re-examine it, then I went to another dental clinic and they immediately did the extraction quickly, I think this clinic is expensive and taking too long to treat patients.

A good dentist, but very disappointed. 10 plus year patient of Dr. Nelson and really like him. I saw him in Berryville and Fayetteville when he was practicing there. I moved away for a job for a couple years. Now they say I'm a new patient, and they aren't accepting new patients. Very disappointing and not the way I would expect a medical professional to treat a long-term customer.

I do not recommend this office. They told me I would have to pay before they would even touch my teeth. Then proceeded to say I still owed them money. After giving them insurance and paying 150 dollars out of pocket. This dentist office is the worst I had ever dealt with. Good luck if you use them. They got an extra $120.60 from me. If they give me any more problems, I will sue.

The level of professionalism and person pride everyone takes in their work was outstanding. I have a fear of needles and I could not have felt more comfortable. Thank you so much for doing such an awesome job with my teeth and with me. Keep it up and I may lose my fear of going to the dentist. 🙂 If I could give you an extra star I would.
