The girls at the desk were great trying to help get us in. And checking out difficult insurance.

But a newer dentist filling in couldn’t get my husband numb.
( The dentist a block away had no trouble). Same procedure.

My husband had horrible pain afterwards. Had to see a chiropractor after a lock jaw from attempted dental work, 3 weeks of pain equals us extra bills. Couldn’t open his mouth or chew. He’s sick and can’t work for quite sometime .

Then we get a letter to end business with them.
Not necessary. I think this has been handled poorly.

We CERTAINLY had already decided that we will not return . And told there would be no charge at the desk, yet a big charge now.
We are not happy.

We will see how this plays out.

What to do when you’ve just relocated to the Razorback state and a family member has a dental emergency? You hope for the excellent care that River Dental Farmington provides.

There are lots of superlatives specifically for Dr Ricketts, Dr Megan Fulton, dental technician Ann and Office Manager Annica and Staff Jazmin. The team just wouldn’t quit til they and we were confident that that worrisome tooth had quieted down.

Add to this the staff’s heartfelt recognization of our bereavement due to the recent loss of our Beloved Mother in Law. We are very grateful to be part of the River Dental group as you will be also.

This is a horribly ran dentist office. I called the day before our appointment to confirm the times of my appts. They proceed to tell me the times in text. All great until the next morning I wake up to a text saying my appointments have been canceled because I didn't confirm my appointments through text. So i call and the proceed to tell me they have texts. I confirmed my appointment before they ever tried to confim. So me and my daughter missed a whole day of work and school becaus of them. Don't go here. They are the most nastiness amd rudeist people.

My daughter and granddaughter had an appointment with this place in Farmington Arkansas and she confirmed they're appointments the day before by text messages. On the day of the appointment they cancelled they're appointments because they claimed the appointments were not confirmed.!! Wasted a day off work and school!!!

I love River Dental! They have an amazing crew of hard-working individuals who consistently show me that my dental care is their priority. I’ve never felt so comfortable in a dentist’s office. 10/10 for patient care!

10/18/23 UPDATE - Still a 5-star review from me! My hygienist today, Christina, did an exceptional job addressing my concerns and carefully and thoroughly cleaning my teeth. She was friendly, considerate, and pleasant throughout my visit and kept me comfortable the entire time. Best dental visit yet.

I used to hate going to the dentist but once I started going to River dental it all changed. They make sure that you are taking care of and they fix any problems that needs to be. They're very caring and when you walk into the front door it feels like a family atmosphere everyone is so sweet.
