This dentist and someone that recommended him both have their own interests as a top priority. I know someone that got work done here and now they live in pain due to his inability to do right by his patients, thus we have to go to another dentist that won't cause more issues than help.

Never actually made it to the office - I called a few months ago and scheduled a teeth cleaning for the middle of November. November 1st, my boss told me I would have to go out of state for work that week, so I called to reschedule immediately and was told that's not possible - they don't reschedule new patients and that my business was no longer welcome there. Absolutely blown away, I called and made an appointment elsewhere, of course. Today, 8 days after she told me to go fly a kite, she called to verify my appointment next week. Still dumbfounded, I told her what happened (though I'm 95% sure it was the same lady), she just replied "ok, bye!". Absolutely terrible customer service..I'm still stunned by the lack of professionalism.

His dental staff is very knowledgeable and competent. I leave with a smile knowing that my dental needs have been addressed and met to my satisfaction.
