Went in for my appointment with Dr. Jones on Slack St., Pea Ridge, and the very unfriendly receptionist informed me that my appointment was actually one hour and forty-five minutes later. Now, I’m not the least bit hard of hearing, so someone in the office made a mistake. Heaven forbid that she would admit it! He may be a good dentist, but I’ll never find out as I canceled the appointment and will never go back! This was NOT the wrong office as stated by them. There are only 2 dentists in town and only one on Slack St. Also, the appointment wasn’t for today but some months ago!

When I moved up to NWA a few years ago, it took a while to find a dental practice! I went to Pea Ridge Dental as a recommendation and am so glad I did. Every member of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They communicate scheduling and costs/insurance coverage very well. All of the work I’ve had done there has been quick, efficient, and, most importantly, effective! I would recommend this practice to anyone!

This was my first visit to Pea Ridge Dental. Everyone there was kind, friendly, and professional. The office is comfortable and attractive. Hannah, my hygienist was very competent, smart, and gentle. Dr. Logan was also extremely kind and treated me as if I were his only patient. I was very happy to have found them!

First time with Pea Ridge Dental and they are awesome!!!! I can't say enough about how they seemed to really care about me and my teeth! I had a deep cleaning done and they just treated me with great care. I was seriously impressed by everyone there. They were also super fast getting me in!

Allison took my call and was so helpful. I had an abscess tooth and no appointment but she got me in with in a short time. Tayla who assisted Doc Logan took my X-ray and made me comfortable. Doc Logan came in and checked my tooth out got a prescription which they phoned in to my pharmacy and texted me a copy, so 10 minutes I was done! Awesome experience if that is possible to have at a Dentist office. Everyone was super nice and helpful! Very reasonably priced as well.
