Don't go here. They did all kinds of unnecessary work on my teeth including four poorly done crowns to test their crown-in-a-day machine. I spent more than $12,000 here. Then they redid work and still charged me. I have always taken meticulous care of my teeth and never missed a dental appointment. The teeth with the crowns all had to be extracted in an emergency procedure at another dental office because they were done improperly. I complained about the pain, but was told it was normal. My new dentist was appalled at what he saw under them. Teeth ground to nothing. I now have to get partial dentures. What was the point in taking care of my teeth and doing what the dentist told me? I paid $36 for my dental records, and they sent me four recent x-rays. They are protected by Florida law. Run from this place.

I was told I needed FOURTEEN (14) cavities at this place. The dental assistant was over-explaining and making sure I “saw” all the trouble areas, something in all of the dental appts throughout my lifetime across 8 different states have never done before… Then, they take me to an office to discuss pricing for these procedures like if they are about to run the numbers for a car pricing plan. I don’t have history of dental issues, so went to get a second opinion - they found ZERO cavities. I was so confused so I asked to see the head doctor at the new clinic, and he saw me for free and reassured me I had zero cavities. He did mention I could get a childhood one refilled but he said it was absolutely not necessary. Very interesting experience.

Worst Place ever, Let me start by saying, i won't go there ever again in my life nor recommend this place!!!! if i could i would give zero stars to it. But i can't. Doctor was too fast and seemed like she was in a rush. The only good thing about this place is the new remodel and the staff are super nice.

I was very disappointed with the service and the attitude of this dental office. My wife needed some dental work and was told that our insurance did not cover any of it, so she had to sign up for a loan with Cherry. Later, we found out that our insurance did cover the services and was paying the office. They wanted us to pay the difference which was higher than Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from our insurance said. We tried to resolve this issue with the office manager, Ivan Puyo, and the accountant, Celina Palacin, but Ivan was very uncooperative and rude. He wanted us to pay more than what our insurance required us to pay. Ivan was very aggressive and even slammed the table in front of me. I though he was going to hit me. After a month of phone calls and visits, including calls with my insurance, we finally managed to pay only what our insurance stated in the EOB, which was $4000 less than what they initially charged us. It was a horrible experience that I do not wish to anyone. They have no customer service skills and only care about money. I am also concerned about my wife's ongoing orthodontic treatment, which is already paid in full, and how they will treat her in the future.

Another great experience at Palacin Dental. Had a follow-up visit for my Invisalign and some dental work done. I was greeted by the always friendly receptionist Ari. Was then seen by Andrea who was great and very sweet. Luis also assisted with some needed X-rays as Luis is very knowledgeable and making that process as comfortable as possible. Can’t speak highly enough of the staff, always make me feel comfortable and welcome. Can’t wait for my next and last Invisalign visit to see the final results!!
