We had an incredible experience with Dr. Jordan Powell today. (In fact we have always had an awesome experience with Dr. Powell and the entire Tipton Pediatric Dentistry). She went above and beyond by coming in on her day off—especially so close to Christmas—to repair my 5-year-old daughter’s tooth. Her kindness, compassion, and professionalism are truly unmatched. It’s rare to find a doctor who cares so deeply for their patients, and my daughter felt completely at ease throughout the entire process. We are so grateful for her dedication and highly recommend her to anyone seeking a dentist who provides exceptional care with genuine compassion. Thank you, Dr. Powell, for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience!

We live an hour away, we were 15 minutes late and they wanted us to reschedule. We missed school for this. The time we went prior to this time the doctor was running 30 minutes late and we still waited on her. Funny, how that changes things.

My 3 children have been seeing Dr. Tipton for 6+ years and I called to make an appointment and was told because of rescheduled appointments I would have to call the same day to get an appointment. I work a job that I have to give a 3 day notice just to miss an approved day and then you're asking me to take a day just to gamble at a chance of getting an appointment. And because I expressed my displeasure with that( especially since they called a month ago when it benefited them to schedule an appointment for my other 2 kids checkup) The scheduler then suggested that maybe I should seek an adult dentist since my kid has all his teeth in. My kids and I love Dr Tipton but his help could use some help. This review was me being NICE! it was worse and the 2nd time its happened in the last 3 months.

My kids have been seeing Dr. Tipton for several years now. I’ve never had any problems with any of the staff. They have always been upfront about any out of pocket costs that I need to pay. They are very easy to work with as far as payments. I’ve even had to reschedule appointments last minute and gotten rescheduled pretty quickly. My son and daughter have both had something emergent come up with a tooth where I’ve had to call their office. They’ve always got them in within a day or so. My kids have both had to have some work done to their teeth & Dr Tipton did a great job of keeping them comfortable. My son had some anxiety when we first started going to him but now they are pals. They are by far the best pediatric dentistry my kids have ever seen and I will always refer others to their office. Great job y’all!! I appreciate all that you do to keep my kids teeth healthy.

The boys have been seeing this office since they were 2 and they’re currently 6 and 8. Due to reschedules the office will only see us if we call same day. I work in pediatrics and my office manager would never treat patients this way. Life happens and illness happens as well. We drive all the way from Conway to see dr tipton because we’ve always been happy. Really disappointed.

Tipton Pediatric Dentistry is amazing! The staff are so friendly and understanding. The environment is clean and welcoming. They are on point with making and rescheduling appointments along with keeping you updated on those appointments. Dr. Tipton is an amazing dentist who is kind, funny, great at his work, and will explain and show you everything that is going on with your child's teeth. I will continue to use them until my children are aged out!
