My first visit will be my last. First of all when scheduling the appointment, bo one answered the phone. But I then received a text message asking what I needed. They expressed that their phone's were down due to the hurricane. Ok, I get that. I scheduled the appointment. On the day of my appointment they changed my appt time from 11:00 to 11:10, then again to 11:20. Im sorry, that is unacceptable. My time is precious is I chose my appointment time for a reason. When called to the exam room, first thing I notice is how old, dingy, and almost unsanitary it all looked. Tech who was asking questions before X-rays was hard to understand. I swear she took 20+ X-rays, never have I had that done before. She barely gave me a chance to swallow before cramming the device in mouth repeatedly. And every time she moved the arm of the cray machine little particles of something would fall from the blue tape they had wrapped around it. That was disturbing. Especially with my mouth wide open. When the dentist came in I told him the excruciating pain ive been in due to a broken molar. And how I was worried because id been taking so much OTC pain meds and they are not helping. He never offered to write a script, or an antibiotic. All I wanted was the tooth extracted. But he refused, stated tooth needs to be saved and said I needed a root canal. Well of course $$$!!! When I clearly stated I did not want that, he almost insisted. So I said “sure.” At this point I just wanted out of there. Office is creepy, smells like what almost smelled like cat urine. I will not go back, I will find a dentist who listens to me and my wants. And an office that I can actually communicate with, english was no ones first language there. Which truly made understanding a huge issue. Beware and DO NOT GO HERE. I will be reporting all these issues to my insurance. Only giving one star, because zero is not an option.

I have been a patron of Dr. Oberoi and his staff for over a decade. They have always provided me with excellent tooth and prosthetic care at very reasonable price.
They accept both dental insurance and care credit cards as a method of payment . They will always provide you reasonable solutions for best practices for solving all of your dental care needs! I highly suggest that you try them if you are searching for I conscientious, but reasonably priced dental care professional yo provide all your families dental needs !!!

Dr Oberoi wasn’t communicative during the procedure. I had been given novacaine injections and didn’t feel when the doctor cut my tongue during the procedure. The issue was that he never mentioned it. When I saw it in the mirror after the procedure when the assistant was showing me the crown colors I asked what had happened because my tongue was cut and very bruised. The assistant asked the office manager if she could give me chlorhexidine for infection prevention and she agreed but Dr Oberoi never came back in the room. I feel very uncomfortable that I have to return for the crown and let him touch me again.

He is the best and most honest dentist I have ever had. I was told I would need a crown for 1800 by another dentist and he was able to do a filling and it was covered by insurance. I am so grateful and have been a patient for many years but moved to another state and came back on vacation to see him and get his opinion and have the correct procedure done.

I got en emergency, my crown done by another dentist fell, Dr. Oberoi solved the problem in no time. He and all his staff are very professional and caring, I definitely recommend them. I didn't have a long wait either.
