Great Office and Excellent Staff!‎‎ A beautifully high-tech office with a wonderful service and excellent doctor! Dr. Bitchatchi is one of a kind and a great dentist. So professional. He is very good at explaining what he is going to do before he does it and best of all, he is very gentle. The dental team is extremely knowledgeable about periodontal disease, teeth whitening and so much more.

The office itself and the staff is absolutely Incredible!‎‎ every time I walked into this office, I immediately felt at home !! Fanny the office manager is fantastic as well, they have something that is missing these days "A World Class Customer Service!"

I was just at the office on Tuesday and loved it! I was able to set a last minute appointment with no hassle, thanks to Mrs. Fannie. It is a very nice and clean office, which is the first thing that I noticed. When I got to the front window, I didn't have to WAIT to be greeted, which I appreciate...she greeted me with a smile! This Tuesday was my first time visiting the dentist in years so I was quite nervous; but the staff there did their very best to make me feel a little more at ease! Everyone was so friendly and talkative, making me feel more at home. After going through all of the tests and xrays, it got kind of late and Dr Bitchatchi still allowed me to start on my deep cleaning session.The thing that I noticed and was impressed with is Jenny, the hygenist. Jenny still kept a very professional attitude and never made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her by causing her to stay 30 mins later. She made arrangements for someone to pick up her daughter, and began on me with a smile and the sense of humor that she began with. That was really big with me because working in the customer service business, I know how something like that can be upsetting and a HUGE inconvenience. Especially being a mother and needing to pick up your child at a certain time! That left an AWESOME impression on me when it comes to dealing with this office and the people that work there!!! SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HAPPY WITH THIS OFFICE! I USUALLY HATE GOING TO THE DENTIST BUT THEY MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR BITCHATCHI AND HIS TEAM.
