My boys go here (X-rays, cleaning, and crown application), and we absolutely love our experience so far. Everyone is so friendly and great with little kids. The kids also love the décor in the waiting area, and the treasure coin at the end to get a small toy is a hit!

My husband thought the place was a farm-related store based on the animal statues outside the building, which I found funny.

Was a longer wait in the waiting room than I was expecting, but the kids had plenty to do. There are a bunch of games and activities for them, so it wasn’t a bother to them. The inside is so fun and cute! Once we got to the back, it was smooth sailing. Our dentist (Dr Jerry) was great and so were the two assistants. Glad we made the switch.

Highly recommend PDAO (Bentonville)!!

We have taken all 4 of our children here. Big families aren’t easy and they make it as comfortable as possible!

For over 6 years Dr Garrett and his team have been fantastic! Even and especially through Covid! This team genuinely cares for their patients and families. The assistants, specifically Jess, Gabby and Yesenia are patient, efficient, and professional!

We look forward to seeing our Mrs Donna at checkout and scheduling. She’s friendly, patient, understanding and just a wonderful human!

The entire office goes above and beyond!

Don't really seem to know what they are doing specifically the doctor that was supposed to know about tongue ties. I should have listened to my gut and got another opinion after we saw him. But we trusted what a doctor had to say and we shouldn't have. Forgot which one it was but now my son is in a way worse position because they couldn't just tell us he knew nothing instead of acting like he did. Won't go back here. Don't recommend this place or their dentists after that experience. Very upset with their lack of knowledge and willingness to admit it.

My kids love this place. My oldest went to both the dentist and the orthodontist and my youngest has been to the dentist and will soon be going to the orthodontist also. They have no idea other people are afraid of going to the dentist. Dr. Skylar is the best.

My toddler hurt her mouth last night & our regular pediatric dentist is out of town. Melissa the scheduling coordinator worked diligently to get us in for a checkup today. RDA MacKenzie was great & made my toddler feel very comfortable. Dr. Bri was very nice and detailed during the examination. Donna checked us out and was kind and knowledgeable about our insurance.
My daughter and I had a great and positive experience!

The best staff worked with my budget this isn’t an academy award winning speech but big shout out to Dr. Bri Veronica Sydni and the number 1 and the infamous Dr. Garrett. My daughter is very anti social but she automatically loved everyone there and they were very patient with her. If I could give 5000000 stars I would!!?
